Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan abad ke-20 ditandai oleh munculnya pendekatan monodisiplin, yaitu cara pandang yang menekankan kajian mendalam pada satu bidang ilmu secara tertutup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendekatan monodisiplin dan dampaknya bagi dikotomi ilmu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai sumber referensi, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, hasil penelitian, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan monodisiplin banyak dikritik karena fokusnya yang terlalu sempit pada satu bidang ilmu sehingga menghambat integrasi dan kerja sama antar disiplin. Pendekatan ini kurang mampu menjawab persoalan kompleks karena metode yang kaku dan orientasi positivistiknya yang kuat sering mengabaikan aspek sosial, budaya, dan humaniora. Selain itu, pendalaman yang berlebihan dalam satu disiplin juga memperkuat dikotomi ilmu, khususnya antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dalam konteks keilmuan Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perubahan menuju pendekatan yang lebih terbuka dan integratif seperti interdisipliner, multidisipliner, dan transdisipliner untuk mengatasi pemisahan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, terutama dalam konteks keilmuan Islam.

Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan fungsi utama dalam manajemen untuk menentukan arah dan keberhasilan organisasi atau lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji sekaligus mengintegrasikan konsep, fungsi, tahapan, dan kerangka manajemen perencanaan modern dengan tafsir Al-Qur’an yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber literatur terkait manajemen perencanaan dan tafsir Al-Qur’an dari ayat-ayat yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dalam Islam mengandung fungsi yang meliputi penetapan target yang jelas dan terukur, acuan dalam kegiatan, pengendalian, dan kesinambungan, yang semuanya harus didasarkan pada niat ikhlas dan kesadaran spiritual. Tahapan perencanaan meliputi penetapan tujuan, perancangan program, evaluasi, dan penentuan pembiayaan, yang dipadu dengan kerangka manajemen 5W+1H serta nilai-nilai ikhtiar, tawakal, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Konsep ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan yang matang adalah pondasi keberhasilan dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini penting karena mengintegrasikan manajemen modern dengan nilai spiritual Al-Qur’an, sehingga menghasilkan sistem manajemen yang efektif, efisien, dan bernilai ibadah dalam dunia pendidikan Islam dan organisasi lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the model of Islamic education supervision, analyse the role of supervisors in integrating Islamic ethics and professionalism in education supervision, understand the implications of Islamic education supervision in the context of improving education quality, and compare it with previous relevant studies. The approach used is library research with data collection techniques in the form of documentation studies of books, accredited national and international journal articles, and relevant Islamic sources. The data were analysed using content analysis techniques through a process of data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: 1) The Islamic education supervision model is understood as a coaching process that balances the assessment of educators' performance with the strengthening of moral, spiritual, and ethical aspects in accordance with Islamic values. 2) The relationship between Islamic ethics and professionalism is inseparable, because both form a unity that represents the ideal character of an educator. 3) The implication of this supervision model is an increase in the quality of Islamic education, marked by the growth of an educational environment that upholds knowledge, manners, sincerity, and exemplary behaviour. 4) This study positions Islamic education supervision as a conceptual and normative study that emphasises the holistic integration of Islamic ethics and professionalism. The conclusion of the study affirms that Islamic education supervision plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education through the formation of professional and ethical educators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and explain the objects of study in Islamic education management, which include formal objects, material objects, and the research context as part of the body of knowledge. This study employs a qualitative approach in the form of library research, involving a review of various relevant sources of literature on the subject of Islamic education management. Data analysis employs content analysis through the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings indicate that the research objects in Islamic education management are not only related to the aspects under investigation (material objects) but also encompass analytical perspectives or approaches (formal objects) as well as the research context underpinning a study. The material object encompasses various fields of educational management such as leadership, curriculum, learners, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, finance, school-community relations, and educational administration. The formal object is management science (science of management) as the primary perspective, which is then enriched with Islamic values and principles in its application within Islamic educational institutions. Meanwhile, the research context explains the situational background and underlying issues of the study. These findings indicate that clarity regarding the research object is a crucial foundation for establishing a systematic body of knowledge, avoiding overlapping studies, and strengthening the academic identity of Islamic educational management as an independent and focused discipline. Keywords : Research Object, Body of Knowledge, Islamic Educational Management Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan objek penelitian dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam yang meliputi objek formal, objek material, dan konteks penelitian sebagai bagian dari body of knowledge. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka (library research) melalui penelaahan berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dengan objek penelitian manajemen pendidikan Islam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa objek penelitian dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berkaitan dengan aspek yang diteliti (objek material), tetapi juga mencakup sudut pandang atau pendekatan analisis (objek formal) serta konteks penelitian yang melatarbelakangi suatu kajian. Objek material meliputi berbagai bidang pengelolaan pendidikan seperti kepemimpinan, kurikulum, peserta didik, personalia, sarana dan prasarana, keuangan, hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat, serta tata laksana pendidikan. Objek formal manajemen pendidikan Islam adalah ilmu manajemen itu sendiri (management science), yang dalam penerapannya pada lembaga pendidikan Islam diperkaya dengan nilai dan prinsip Islam. Sedangkan konteks penelitian menjelaskan latar situasi dan permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan objek penelitian menjadi dasar penting dalam membangun struktur keilmuan yang sistematis, menghindari tumpang tindih kajian, serta memperkuat identitas akademik manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai disiplin ilmu yang mandiri dan terarah. Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the school/madrasah accreditation mechanism, covering its basic concepts, stages and procedures, as well as the implementation and follow-up of accreditation results in an effort to improve the quality of education. This study employs a literature review method, examining various written sources such as legislation, accreditation guidelines, books, and relevant previous research findings. Data collection was carried out through documentary study using a text analysis approach, whilst data analysis employed content analysis to identify and categorise information related to the accreditation mechanism. The research findings indicate that accreditation functions not only as an administrative evaluation tool but also as an instrument for quality assurance and development in education through a systematic and continuous evaluation process. However, various challenges remain in its implementation, such as limited understanding of accreditation instruments, an administrative bias, and the suboptimal utilisation of accreditation results within the internal quality assurance system. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding and appropriate strategies are required to ensure that accreditation functions optimally as a means of improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Teamwork and organizational synergy are important factors in building effective, harmonious, and sustainable Islamic educational organizations. The development of modern organizations shows that institutional success is determined not only by individual abilities but also by the capacity to build collective work, collaboration, and effective communication among organizational members. This article aims to examine the concept of teamwork and organizational synergy from an Islamic perspective based on the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW and its relevance to the management of Islamic educational organizations. This study employed a library research method using a content analysis approach. Data were collected from Hadith, Qur’anic verses, organizational management books, scientific journals, and previous studies relevant to collective work and organizational synergy. The findings indicate that collective work in Islam emphasizes the values of coordination, communication, shared commitment, and interdependence among organizational members. The Hadith of the Prophet also highlights the importance of solidarity, mutual assistance (ta‘āwun), togetherness, and unity in building strong and harmonious organizations. Furthermore, synergy and collaboration contribute significantly to improving organizational effectiveness, strengthening working relationships, and creating an organizational culture based on ukhuwah (brotherhood) and togetherness. Therefore, teamwork and organizational synergy in the Islamic perspective are not only oriented toward achieving organizational goals but also contain spiritual dimensions and worship values.
