Abstract Stunting, which affects 148.1 million children under five globally in 2022 (22.3%), requires educational intervention. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of health education through video media on increasing pregnant women's knowledge about stunting at the Rejosari Community Health Center. The method used was a Pre-Experimental design (One Group Pretest-Posttest). The test instrument demonstrated validity (r>0.349) and high reliability (Cronbach's Alpha 0.938). The results of univariate analysis showed a significant increase in the mean knowledge score, from a pretest of 62.97 to a posttest of 89.91. The data were normally distributed (p-value pretest=0.058; p-value posttest=0.291). The Paired Sample T-Test hypothesis test yielded a P Value of 0.036<0.05, indicating a significant effect. In conclusion, health education through video media is effective in increasing the knowledge of pregnant women, encouraging them to start avoiding factors that cause stunting. Suggestion: Rejosari Community Health Center can use these results as a basis for designing video-based educational programs as an effective communication method, as well as developing more interactive educational interventions.
