Abstract

Metode Pemasangan Prestressed Concrete I Girder (PCI Girder) memiliki risiko tinggi dengan terjadinya guling pada tahap pemindahan, pengangkatan, dan penempatan di atas struktur dengan tidak adanya tahanan rotasi. Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Critical Lifting PCI Girder Bentang Ekstrem Non Standar bisa meminimalisir resiko dari tahap persiapan sampai erection yang aman terhadap resiko guling dengan perkuatan. Urutan pemasangan dilakukan dengan perhitungan alat crane, sling, dan lifting frame. Radius putaran terjauh crane 250 T adalah 12 meter dengan nilai CBR dudukan crane 6.15%. Radius putaran  crane 180 T adalah 12 meter dengan nilai CBR dudukan crane 6%. Beban yang ditanggung sling 39.46 ton dengan faktor keamanan 9.8  dan faktor keamanan hook 3.8. Kuat geser nominal life line sebesar 11250 kN dengan panjang angkur minimal (Lmin)= 315.4372  mm dan Mu = 0.7245 kNm dan beban yang dipikul per lifting frame = 39.46 ton. Pemasangan mortar pad harus rata agar bearing pad tetap rata dan lurus horizontal sehingga PCI girder Bentang Ekstrem Non Standar bertumpu sempurna. Pemasangan PCI Girder Bentang Ekstrem Non Standar  yang didukung penguatan dapat terhindar dari momen guling. Dengan menetapkan urutan metode kerja, perhitungan alat angkat, pemasangan mortar pad yang rata dan penguatan pemasangan sehingga terhindar dari resiko momen guling selama pemasangan. Abstract

Road construction projects are among the sectors with a high risk of work-related accidents. One of the main causes is the low awareness and compliance of workers in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which should be an integral part of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) implementation. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of OSH, particularly regarding the use of PPE, in a road improvement project in Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach through questionnaires distributed to 140 field workers. The analysis results show that factors such as lack of education on PPE, weak supervision by management, substandard PPE quality, and a work culture that neglects safety are the main reasons for low compliance. The most influential factors include lack of awareness of work safety importance and absence of routine training related to OSH. Therefore, an integrated strategy is needed, which includes intensive education, provision of PPE that meets national standards (SNI), as well as strict supervision and enforcement, to ensure optimal OSH implementation and reduce the number of work accidents in construction projects.
