Abstract

In an educational institution the principal has a very important role in determining the back and forth of an educational institution because the principal is one of the components of education that has the most role in improving the quality of education and is directly responsible for education management which is directly related to all processes in a school. The principal has a big role in the process of improving the management of educational institutions, one of which is the principal as the top leader who has the right to make decisions and gives authority to teachers and all school members, the principal also supervises and monitors all matters relating to the school in particular and educational institutions in general. The purpose of this research was to determine the role of the principal in the quality management of educational institutions MTS Yayasan Pendidikan Ibadah Tebing Syahbandar. The research that the authors do is included in the type of qualitative research. In collecting data, the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results, the data are collected and analyzed, then the data is reduced, then the data is presented in descriptive form and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of the principal in the management of quality improvement of educational institutions at MTS Yayasan Pendidikan Ibadah Tebing Syahandar is realized in the form of activities related to program achievement and school policy.  ABSTRAK Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan kepalasekolah memiliki peran yang sangat menetukan maju mundurnya suatu lembaga pendidikan karena kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen pendidikan secara langsung yang berkaitan dengan semua proses yang ada di suatusekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang besar dalam proses peningkatan manajemen lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya yaitu kepala sekolah sebagai puncak pimpinan yang berhak mengambil keputusan dan memberikan wewenang untuk para guru, semua warga sekolah, kepala sekolah juga melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring terhadap semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sekolah pada khususnya, lembaga pendidikan pada umumnya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan di MTS Yayasan Pendidikan IbadahTebing Syahbandar. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian kemudian data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis, kemudian data tersebut direduksi, selanjutnya data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan di sekolah MTS Yayasan Pendidikan Ibadah Tebing Syahbandar direalisasikan dalam bentuk kegiatan kaitannya dengan ketercapaian program serta kebijakan sekolah.

Abstract

Labor pain is a physiological condition that can hinder the delivery process. Excessive pain can disturb the body's homeostasis which can result in excessive and useless energy. Reducing the pain scale can be done by fermacological and non-fermacological measures. It's normal for pregnant women and mothers to experience pain. Measuring the pain scale using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and quasi-experiments. Music therapy is a form of implementation that uses music and songs in an integrated and directed manner to guide mothers in pregnancy with the aim that pregnant women feel relaxed, early stimulation of the fetus. Effective intrapersonal communication between a midwife can help a mother overcome depression during pregnancy and childbirth. It can also help patients stay positive throughout the pregnancy and delivery process, making it fun and easy to deal with issues that arise while raising a child. The anxiety level score in the pre-test measurement is higher than the post-test measurement, indicated by the mean value in the pre-test (22.67) higher than the post-test (16.77) which means that there is a decrease in the anxiety level score in the respondents before and after intervention. The results of this study were that there was a significant effect of classical music therapy on reducing the anxiety level of third-trimester pregnant women. This was evident from the statistical test used, the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test, with a result (p=0.000) less than (<0.05). The researcher's assumption is that music therapy can distract pregnant women so as to reduce maternal anxiety in welcoming labor and effective communication between midwives and pregnant women can motivate pregnant women to be brave in facing labor and reduce anxiety in welcoming labor.
