Abstract

Religious moderation is an important principle in maintaining harmony and tolerance in a multicultural society. Early childhood is a critical phase in character formation, so the values of moderation need to be instilled from an early age. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in instilling the value of religious moderation in early childhood through a literature review of 15 journals, both accredited and non-accredited. This study focuses on three main aspects, namely the concept of religious moderation, the principles of religious moderation in early childhood, and the role of teachers in its application. The results of the study show that teachers have a strategic role in instilling the value of religious moderation through thematic learning, an inclusive approach, and the creation of a learning environment that respects diversity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip manajemen organisasi dalam pengelolaan Yayasan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Studi kasus dilakukan di Yayasan TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sidomulyo, Langkat, dengan fokus pada identifikasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan diimplementasikan dalam operasional sehari-hari yayasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mini riset dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sidomulyo telah menerapkan beberapa prinsip manajemen dasar, meskipun dengan adaptasi sesuai skala dan karakteristik organisasi PAUD. Implementasi ini terlihat dalam proses penyusunan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum, pembagian tugas guru, pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, koordinasi dengan orangtua murid serta evaluasi rutin. Namun, terdapat potensi peningkatan dalam aspek formalisasi struktur organisasi dan sistem pelaporan untuk optimalisasi kinerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai praktik manajemen di tingkat yayasan PAUD dan menjadi masukan bagi pengembangan model pengelolaan yang lebih efektif di lembaga pendidikan serupa.
