Abstract

Dalam persaingan bisnis kedai kopi yang semakin ketat, bisnis harus mengandalkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan pelanggan. Untuk memastikan bahwa pelanggan puas dan tetap setia, salah satu faktor strategis adalah layanan prima, atau service excellent. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelitian literatur, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pramuniaga di Kedai Kopi Apak Bandar Lampung dan merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan excellent. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data digunakan melalui observasi langsung aktivitas pelayanan pramuniaga serta penelitian literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pramuniaga belum berjalan secara optimal. Ini ditunjukkan oleh kurangnya standar operasional prosedur pelayanan (SOP), kurangnya pengawasan manajemen, dan kurangnya pemahaman pramuniaga tentang konsep pelayanan prima. Berdasarkan temuan ini, beberapa strategi perbaikan diusulkan, termasuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang berorientasi pad, meningkatkan pengawasan dan evaluasi pelayanan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang berorientasi pad. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan menjadi sumber evaluasi dan saran praktis bagi pengelola kedai kopi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training strategies, athlete motivation, and coach communication on the productivity of Small Star Basketball Club athletes in Bandar Lampung City. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population as well as the sample consisted of 30 active athletes in the age group of 15 years old with saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected through a five-level Likert scale questionnaire as well as documentation and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS through validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression with t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results of the study showed that training strategies and motivation had a positive and significant effect on athlete productivity, while coach communication had a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on athlete productivity, which emphasizes the importance of synergy between technical, motivational, and communication aspects in coaching basketball athletes.
