Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis inflasi di negara 5 ASEAN (Indonesia, Singapura, Laos, Myanmar, dan Kamboja). penelitian ini didasarkan pada salah satu tujuan dibentuknya ASEAN yaitu terwujudnya integrasi ekonomi dan peningkatan daya saing kawasan antar suatu negara di kawasan dalam ASEAN-5. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data sekunder menggunakan data panel dengan kombinasi cross-section sebanyak 5 negara dan data time series dari tahun 2012-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Panel Data Regression Analysis (Metode Regresi Data Panel) dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Produk Domestik Bruto berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, dan Nilai Ekspor berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi di negara-negara ASEAN, dengan asumsi cateris paribus.

Abstract

Restoran Bebek Goreng Pak Slamet telah ada sejak tahun 1986, warung pertama kali Pak Slamet terletak di sepanjang jalan Solo-Yogya. Hasil pengamatan awal ditemukan masalah produktivitas karyawan di restoran Bebek Hi. Slamet Bandar Lampung adalah penurunan produktivitas karyawan dan pendapatan restoran. Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja karyawan Restoran Bebek Hi. Slamet Bandar Lampung dari faktor lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan metode penlitian menggunakan menggunakan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang berpengaruh positif yaitu lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Restoran Bebek Hi. Slamet Bandar Lampung. Secara bersama-sama berpengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja di Restoran Bebek Hi. Slamet Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Iwn today's ersa, work life prioritizes workers who think far ahead, are smart, innovative, and contemporary. Even in this situation, the position of human resoaurces plsays a vital role in an organization. Institutional, also prioritizes sufficient management aspects when managing the organization. Likewise with BPJS Kesehatan Pringsewu Regency wshich is the object of the author's research. This stsudy used quantitative methods with a sample of 40 respondents. The analytical techniques ssed for this research will test the validity, reliability, and multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Competence on Employee Performance 41.69%, then the influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 70.22%, and the variable requirements for Competence and Work DisipIin on Employee Performance is 0.833%. The results of this study are the variable X1 (Competence) and variable X2 (Work Discipline) have a signis.ficant effect on Employee Perfmormance (Y), by % it means that these two variables affect each other and affect each other.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job promotion and compensation fairness on employee job satisfaction at Hana Electronics Store. Using the census method, the entire population of 35 employees was sampled. A quantitative approach was applied with data analysis through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30. The results of the analysis showed that partially, job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, compensation equity has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, job promotion and compensation equity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This finding indicates that job promotion is the dominant factor in increasing employee job satisfaction, while compensation equity requires more attention to maximize its impact. Abstract

Objective – Labor management is a key element in the success of laundry business operations, especially in urban areas such as Sukabumi District, Bandar Lampung, which face high levels of competition. This study aims to evaluate labor management in laundry business operations, identify constraints faced, and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of labor management.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving four laundry businesses as research objects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis.Findings – The results showed that although each laundry business has implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) to regulate workflow, challenges such as high employee turnover rates, lack of technical training, and low work motivation still occur frequently. Other constraints include labor instability due to high absenteeism, ineffective conflict management, and limited facilities and equipment that support operations.Implications – In this study, Standard Operating Procedures cannot improve the welfare of laundry employees in Sukabumi, where there is no motivation that can be accepted by employees so that it has an impact on the employee turnover rate. Work motivation and operational support need to be considered for laundry businesses in Sukabumi.

Abstract

The study want to knows the effects from product quality and lifetstyle on iPhone purchasing decision in Bandar Lampung, where the iPhone is known a symbol of social status and modern lifestyle. This survey includes quantitative approach method with multiple linear regression analyis. The information were obtained from 100 iPhone user respondents by an online questionnaire and then evaluation through the SPSS version 30 for windows program. The result from this research show that product quality and lifestyle partially and simultaneously affect iPhone purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. This research provides a new perspective regarding the factors that cause7 iPhone purchasing decisions that emphasize the important role of product quality and lifestyle in the context of an envolving market.

Abstract

The fierce rivalry within the car wash service sector demands that businesses owners to understand the key factors influencing consumer purchase decisions to ensure business sustainability. The purpose of this study is to examine how pricing, promotions, and service quality affect customers' decisions to buy from BMA Putra Carwash.  A quantitative method of study was used.  Although the precise quantity remained unclear, the population was made up of all clients who have used BMA Putra Carwash services.  Purposive sampling was therefore used to choose the sample, and 100 respondents were obtained by applying the Lemeshow technique to establish the sample size with a 10% margin of error.  A Google Forms-distributed online survey was used to gather data.  Multiple linear regression was used in the data analysis to see how various independent factors affected the dependent variable.  Furthermore, statistical tests such as the coefficient of determination (R2), t-test, F-test, validity, and reliability were performed. Results show that the purchase decision at BMA Putra Carwash is significantly affected by service quality, price, and promotion, both individually and collectively. Consequently, it is advised that BMA Putra Carwash consistently uphold and enhance service quality, focusing particularly on speed, friendliness, and customer satisfaction. Maintaining competitive pricing and optimizing promotion strategies are also crucial. These measures are expected to sustainably boost purchase decisions and support business growth in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Story Coffee, a coffee shop located in Mesuji, Lampung. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a data collection technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. Product quality variables include aspects of taste, freshness, and appearance of the product, while service quality includes service speed, staff friendliness, and café atmosphere. The results of the study show that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. These findings indicate that consistently improving product and service quality standards can improve customer satisfaction, which in turn contributes to consumer loyalty and business sustainability. In addition, there are other factors outside of the variables studied that also affect the level of consumer satisfaction. This study recommends that Story Coffee management continue to evaluate and improve the quality elements of products and services in order to maintain competitiveness and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior on the success of culinary MSME businesses in Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City. The background of this research is based on the important role of MSMEs in the local economy, amid the challenges faced in the competitive food industry. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a closed survey to 37 respondents of MSME owners who operate for more than one year and have branches. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, with multiple linear regression results showing has a positive and significant influence on business success. Innovation is the most dominant factor in increasing business success, with an R² value indicates that 58.5% of business success is influenced by these three variables. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of increasing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior to achieve success in the culinary business.
