<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas pemberkasan arsip foto digital pada media online BandungBergerak yang belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut ditandai dengan pemanfaatan Google Drive sebagai sarana penyimpanan dan temu kembali arsip foto yang baru mencakup dokumentasi tahun 2021, sementara arsip foto tahun 2022 hingga sekarang masih tersimpan secara tersebar di perangkat pribadi dan divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi pemberkasan arsip foto digital serta implikasinya terhadap efektivitas temu kembali arsip dan keberlanjutan rekam visual organisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dokumen terhadap Google Drive sebagai sarana temu balik arsip, telaah struktur folder dan penamaan file, serta analisis terhadap dokumen internal organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiadaan sistem pemberkasan arsip yang terpusat, SOP pemberkasan arsip, metadata dasar, dan penanggung jawab arsip digital menyebabkan proses temu kembali arsip tidak efektif dan rekam visual organisasi menjadi tidak berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya sistem pemberkasan arsip foto digital terintegrasi yang mencakup drive pusat, struktur folder standar, penamaan file seragam, metadata, serta mekanisme backup untuk mendukung keberlanjutan memori visual BandungBergerak. This study examines the filing of digital photo archives on the online media platform BandungBergerak, which has not yet been optimally integrated. This condition is indicated by the use of Google Drive as a storage and retrieval medium that currently only includes photo documentation from 2021, while photo archives from 2022 to the present remain dispersed across the personal devices of photographers and various divisions. The study aims to analyze the condition of digital photo archive filing and its implications for the effectiveness of archive retrieval and the sustainability of the organization’s visual records. The research employs a qualitative approach through document observation of Google Drive as an archive retrieval medium, examination of folder structures and file-naming practices, and analysis of internal organizational documents. The findings reveal that the absence of a centralized archival filing system, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for archival filing, basic metadata, and designated responsibility for digital archives results in ineffective archive retrieval processes and unsustainable organizational visual records. The study concludes that an integrated digital photo archive filing system is necessary, encompassing a central drive, standardized folder structures, uniform file-naming conventions, metadata, and backup mechanisms to support the sustainability of BandungBergerak’s visual memory.]]>
