Abstract

Program Tongkrongan SEHAT dilaksanakan pada kelompok petani pala dan pemuda Kampung Tanama, Fakfak, dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan nilai tambah pala melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berbasis energi terbarukan serta penguatan kapasitas masyarakat. Kampung Tanama menghadapi tantangan berupa tingkat kemiskinan tinggi, kondisi tanah berbatu, curah hujan tinggi, dan keterbatasan teknologi pertanian. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi ketidakstabilan waktu pengeringan pala akibat cuaca, mutu pala yang rendah karena aflatoksin dan pengeringan tidak merata, minimnya pemahaman SOP pengolahan, keterbatasan lahan tanam, rendahnya partisipasi pemuda, serta belum adanya integrasi teknologi hidroponik dan PLTS. Program menawarkan solusi berupa pembangunan rumah pengering pala berbasis PLTS, sistem hidroponik tenaga surya, standarisasi proses pengeringan, pelatihan hidroponik dan PLTS, penguatan kelembagaan kelompok, serta pendampingan usaha. Hasil program menunjukkan penurunan waktu pengeringan dari 4–5 hari menjadi 2–3 hari, peningkatan kapasitas pengeringan hingga 30%, serta meningkatnya pemahaman mitra terhadap teknologi energi terbarukan dan pertanian modern. Keberlanjutan program didukung oleh pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, ketersediaan modul PLTS, kelembagaan kelompok, dan dukungan pemerintah kampung.Abstract. The Tongkrongan SEHAT program was implemented among nutmeg farmer groups and youth in Tanama Village, Fakfak, aiming to enhance food security and increase the added value of nutmeg through the application of appropriate technology based on renewable energy and community capacity building. Tanama Village faces several challenges, including high poverty levels, rocky soil conditions, high rainfall, and limited access to agricultural technology. Key problems identified include unstable nutmeg drying time due to weather conditions, low product quality caused by aflatoxin contamination and uneven drying, limited knowledge of standard operating procedures, restricted planting areas, low youth participation in agriculture, and the absence of integrated hydroponic and solar power technologies. The program introduced solar-powered nutmeg drying facilities, smart solar-based hydroponic systems, drying standardization, hydroponic and solar power training, organizational strengthening, and business mentoring. The results show a reduction in drying time from 4–5 days to 2–3 days, a 30% increase in drying capacity, and improved community awareness of renewable energy and modern agricultural practices. Program sustainability is supported by renewable energy use, technical modules, strong local institutions, and village government commitment.
