<![CDATA[Kecelakaan kerja umumnya disebabkan oleh unsafe action dan unsafe condition, yang masih sering terjadi akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pekerja terhadap prinsip keselamatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran unsafe action pada pekerja PT Bone Perdana Konstruksi di Kecamatan Batui Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 pekerja bagian produksi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk menggambarkan perilaku unsafe action pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pekerja bekerja dengan kriteria aman (safety) yaitu sebanyak 41 orang (97,6%), sedangkan 1 orang (2,4%) masih menunjukkan perilaku unsafe action. Perilaku berisiko yang masih ditemukan antara lain bekerja secara terburu-buru dan merokok di area kerja. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan keselamatan kerja di PT Bone Perdana Konstruksi tergolong baik, namun perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pengawasan dan manajemen kerja guna meminimalkan potensi unsafe action yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Workplace accidents are generally caused by unsafe actions and unsafe conditions, which still frequently occur due to workers' lack of knowledge and understanding of occupational safety principles. Data analysis was conducted univariately to describe the behavior of unsafe actions of workers. The results showed that most workers worked with safe criteria, namely 41 people (97.6%), while 1 person (2.4%) still exhibited unsafe actions. Risky behaviors that were still found included working in a hurry and smoking in the work area. It was concluded that the implementation of occupational safety at PT Bone Perdana Konstruksi was classified as good, but the company needs to improve work supervision and management to minimize the potential for unsafe actions that can cause workplace accidents.]]>
