This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and discipline on the performance of PAUD teachers in Gunung Sindur District. Teacher performance is a key factor in improving the quality of education, which is influenced by leadership aspects, organizational values, and the level of discipline in carrying out professional duties and responsibilities. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to teacher respondents. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, so that a representative number of respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and discipline are able to explain variations in teacher performance significantly. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through the implementation of effective transformational leadership, strengthening a conducive organizational culture, and improving work discipline. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of educational management studies and practical contributions for school leaders in formulating policies and strategies for improving teacher performance.
