Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes in various sectors of life, including in the education sector, especially in religious learning. So it is necessary to study Islamic law in the use of this technology. This study aims to explore and analyze Islamic law studies on the use of AI in religious learning. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this study analyzes the concept of Islamic law related to AI in Islamic education, as well as reviews relevant literature and regulations. The results of the study show that the law on the use of AI in religious learning is contextual, depending on the intention, purpose, method of use, and its impact on Islamic values. However, in general the use of AI is permitted, this is based on the opinions of scholars both classical and contemporary. So AI can be used in religious learning, but still within the limits of sharia. Thus this study emphasizes the importance of understanding the implications of Islamic law on AI, in order to be wise and responsible in its use in religious learning.

Abstract

Islamic education is often in a dilemmatic position because it has to deal with various political interests of the state. This study aims to examine the relationship between power and ideology in Islamic education and its implications for Islamic education policies and practices. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. The research findings show that the research findings show that there is a dialectical relationship between power and ideology in Islamic education in Indonesia which is complex and dynamic. This has implications for Islamic education policies, especially in the aspects of curriculum, regulations, and institutions. In addition, it also has implications for the practice of Islamic education at the micro level, especially in the learning process in the classroom. There are two main trends in learning orientation, namely normative orientation and pragmatic orientation. Thus, Islamic education is expected not only to be the object of power relations, but also to be able to play a role as a critical, reflective, and constructive subject of social transformation in building a civilized and just society.

Abstract

The paradigm of Islamic education philosophy has significant relevance in addressing the challenges of globalization, which is characterized by secularization, hedonism, individualism, and moral crises that erode spiritual and humanitarian values. This research aims to examine the reconstruction of the value of religious humanism as the basis of Islamic education. The research method used is literature with a philosophical-hermeneutical analysis approach. The results of the study show that the reconstruction of Islamic education based on religious humanism can give birth to a generation of faith, knowledge, and noble character, as well as being ready to compete in the global era. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating religious science and modern science, the development of learning methods, and educational policies that affirm the character of religious moderation. Thus, the paradigm of religious humanism in Islamic educational philosophy not only serves as a theoretical discourse but also as a practical framework in building a more humane, just, and dignified world civilization.   Keywords: Islamic education, religious humanism, the era of globalization
