Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses changes in Islamic law in the Indonesian constitutional context, including issues regarding the position and existence of Islamic law in the constitutional structure. by considering various social phenomena and facts that occur in society when carrying out actions and actions in accordance with the law. Due to historical facts and Indonesia's long history, Islamic law is an integral part of its journey. Since Indonesia gained independence on August 17 1945, a new era began in Indonesia's legal system. This legal system differentiates colonial law from national law. Because the national legal system does not completely depend on customary law, Islamic law, or Western law, there are many disputes and debates. Consequently, the constitution is an attempt to change something that already exists into something new by incorporating changes and adjustments. The process or effort to transform Islamic law into a national legal system aims to implement normative Islamic law into positive Islamic law, or what is often called positivism of Islamic law into the Indonesian legal system. The relationship between state, law and religion is balanced from a constitutional perspective. In the circle, religion is the most important component, as shown by the fact that the divine principle is the first principle in Pancasila. The following principles are the fiqh foundation for Islamic law: tauhidullah, insaniyah, tasamuh, ta'awun, silaturahim bain annas, justice, and benefit. Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses how Luqman Al-Hakim is a role model in character building in children. The results of this study indicate that Luqman al-Hakim in the Qur'an is contained in a surah that is attributed to his name. His name is famous because in the Qur'an there are many teachings and advice to his children in their relationship with Allah (vertical interaction), as well as with fellow humans (horizontal interaction). Ahmad Musthafa Al Maraghi also explained that the asbabun nuzul of the revelation of Surah Luqman Al- Hakim was when the Quraish people asked the Prophet Muhammad about the teachings and example of Lukman Al-Hakim to his son and his son's obedience and obedience to his father's teachings. The implications of Islamic educational values contained in Luqman's letter make the formation of an Islamic personality one of the options to protect children as early as possible from negative environmental influences. The formation of a child's personality is in principle an ongoing process. The process will be better and more successful when parents can combine two factors, namely the preparation factor functions as a process of forming a child's personality before he is born into the world (prenatal), and the implementation factor functions as a process of forming a child's personality after he is born, through formal education and non-formal education. To realize the formation of an Islamic personality both personally and socially.Keywords: Luqman Al-Hakim, Surah Luqman, instilling moral values. Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang cara luqman Al-hakim sebagai tauladan dalam pembentukan karakter pada anak.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Luqman al-Hakim didalam Al-Quran termuat dalam surah yang dinisbatkan kepada namanya. Namanya terkenal sebab didalam Al-Quran banyak ajaran-ajaran dan nasihat-nasihatnya kepada anak nya dalam hubungan dengan Allah (interaksi vertikal), maupun dengan sesama manusia (interaksi horizontal). Ahmad Musthafa Al Maraghi juga menjelaskan bahwa asbabun nuzul turunnya surah Luqman Al-Hakim adalah tatkala kaum Quraish bertanya kepada Nabi Muhammad mengenai ajaran dan teladan Lukman Al-Hakim kepada anaknya dan kepatuhan dan ketaatan anaknya kepada ajaran ayahnya. Implikasi nilai-nilai pedidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam surat Luqman tersebut, menjadikan pembentukan kepribdian yang Islami sebagai salah satu pilihan guna membentengi anak sedini mungkin dari pengaruh lingkungan yang negatif. Pembentukan kepribadian anak pada prinsipnya merupakan proses yang berkelanjutan. Proses tersebut akan lebih baik dan berhasil manakala para orang tua dapat mengkombinasikan dua faktor, yaitu faktor persiapan berfungsi sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian anak sebelum ia lahir di dunia (prenatal), dan faktor pelaksaan berfungsi sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian anak setelah ia lahir,melalui pendidikan formal dan pendidikan nonformal. Untuk merealisasikan pembentukan kepribadian yang islami baik secara personal maupun sosial.Kata kunci: Luqman Al-Hakim, Surah Luqman, penanaman nilai akhlak.

Abstract

Abstract: Moral contains two different aspects, namely the inner aspect (conscience) and the outer aspect. A good person is a person who has a good mental attitude and does good deeds as well. Moral can be measured accurately if there is a match or balance between the inner and outer aspects. However, moral norms are born not because of personal interest or a group of people. Moral norms do not benefit a person or group of people. Moral norms are born because of awareness and longing for a better, safe, peaceful and harmonious life. As for the formulation of the problem in this paper, how are the descriptions and benchmarks in moral studies? While the purpose of this paper is to identify, describe and analyze benchmarks in moral studies. The research method in this research uses literature review. The conclusion of this study is that Moral contains two different aspects, namely the inner (conscience) and the outer aspects. Abstrak: Moral memuat dua segi yang berbeda, yakni segi batiniah (suara hati) dan segi lahiriah. Orang yang baik adalah orang yang memiliki sikap batin yang baik dan melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang baik pula. Moral dapat diukur secara tepat apabila adanya kesesuaian atau keseimbangan antara segi batiniah dan lahiriah. Bagaimanapun norma moral lahir bukan karena kepentingan pribadi atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral tidaklah menguntungkan seseorang atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral lahir karena kesadaran dan kerinduan akan hidup yang lebih baik, aman tenteram dan harmonis. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana deskripsi dan tolok ukur dalam kajian moral? Sedangkan tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsi dan menganalisis tolok ukur dalam kajian moral. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Moral memuat dua segi yang berbeda, yakni segi batiniah (suara hati) dan segi lahiriah. Orang yang baik adalah orang yang memiliki sikap batin yang baik dan melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang baik pula. Moral dapat diukur secara tepat apabila adanya kesesuaian atau keseimbangan antara segi batiniah dan lahiriah. Bagaimanapun norma moral lahir bukan karena kepentingan pribadi atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral tidaklah menguntungkan seseorang atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral lahir karena kesadaran dan kerinduan akan hidup yang lebih baik, aman tenteram dan harmonis. Abstract

 Abstract: Good morals among students are still difficult to develop, it is seen that students still like to bully, tease, and find it difficult to appreciate diversity. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the reflection of the philosophy of multicultural education in forming the noble character of students at SMPN 42 Bengkulu Utara. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. The results of the study show that reflection on multicultural education can form noble morals, because philosophically multicultural education is in line with the Islamic view that upholds the values of brotherhood, peace, and civility in life. The formation of noble morals through multicultural education that teaches the values of tolerance, justice, equality, mutual respect and mutual appreciation for diversity. Reflection on the philosophy of multicultural education seeks to carry out learning, self-development of students, and understanding in the learning process by instilling multicultural values, for personal and professional growth of students. So by reflecting on the experience of the multicultural education learning process, a person can learn, develop and become a better person with noble morals. Thus it can be concluded that multicultural education reflection can form students' noble morals. So it can be suggested to form students' noble morals then increase multicultural education reflection in schools.Keywords: Philosophical Reflection, Multicultural Education, Students' Morals. Abstrak: Akhlak karimah di kalangan peserta didik masih terasa sulit, terlihat peserta didik masih suka membuly, mengejek, sulit menghargai keberagaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis refleksi filosofi pendidikan multikultural dalam membentuk akhlak karimah peserta didik di SMPN 42 Bengkulu Utara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa refleksi pendidikan multikultural dapat membentuk akhlak karimah, karena secara filosofis pendidikan multikultural sejalan dengan pandangan Islam yang menjunjung tinggi nilai persaudaraan, perdamaian, dan keadaban dalam kehidupan. Pembentukan akhlak karimah melalui pendidikan multikultural yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai toleransi, keadilan, kesetaraan, saling menghormati dan saling menghargai atas keberagaman. Refleksi filosofi pendidikan multikultural berupaya melakukan pembelajaran, pengembangan diri pseserta didik, dan pemahaman dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai multicultural, untuk pertumbuhan pribadi, dan professional peserta didik. Sehingga dengan merefleksikan pengalaman dari proses pembelajaran pendidikan multikultural, maka seseorang dapat belajar, berkembang dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan berakhlak karimah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulakn bahwa refleksi pendidikan multikultural dapat membentuk akhlak karimah peserta didik. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk membentuk akhlak karimah peserta didik maka tingkatkan refleksi pendidikan multikultural di sekolah.Kata kunci: Refleksi Filosofis, Pendidikan Multikultural, Akhlakul Karimah Peserta Didik.
