Abstract

This research focuses on the development of LearningMu, a web-based English learning application designed for senior high school students in rural areas, particularly Belitung Regency, Indonesia. The initiative was motivated by persistent obstacles such as limited digital facilities, low student engagement in conventional classrooms, and the lack of cultural contextual learning resources. A research and development method was applied with the ADDIE development approach, enabling iterative refinement of the system based on continuous feedback from both teachers and students. The primary goal was to create an interactive, user-friendly, and accessible platform that supports autonomous learning. Trial implementation involving 30 students and three English teachers demonstrated that LearningMu provides an attractive interface, straightforward navigation, and locally relevant materials. The integration of multimedia resources, gamified quizzes, and monitoring features is hoped to enhance students’ motivation, language comprehension, and collaboration between schools and parents. Overall, the findings suggest that LearningMu is an effective and innovative tool to reduce educational disparities in underserved communities, and its modular design offers potential for wider adoption in similar contexts.

Abstract

The increasing demand for cloud computing services has led to the rapid expansion of cloud data centers, which consume significant amounts of energy and contribute substantially to global CO2 emissions. As the IT industry grows, the environmental impact of these data centers becomes an urgent concern. Green Cloud Computing (GCC) has emerged as a solution to mitigate this impact by focusing on energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints while maintaining the necessary functionality and performance of cloud infrastructures. However, traditional blockchain consensus algorithms such as Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS) face limitations regarding energy consumption and scalability, which exacerbates the environmental burden. This study proposes a quantum-inspired blockchain consensus algorithm designed to optimize energy consumption and reduce latency in cloud data centers. By integrating quantum principles such as superposition and entanglement, the algorithm enhances task scheduling and resource utilization, enabling more energy-efficient operations without sacrificing performance. Simulations in a green cloud environment showed that the quantum-inspired algorithm resulted in up to a 30% reduction in energy usage compared to traditional consensus methods, with a 40% improvement in consensus processing time. These results suggest that quantum-inspired algorithms hold significant potential for enhancing the sustainability of cloud infrastructures by improving energy efficiency and scalability. Furthermore, this study discusses the feasibility of implementing quantum-inspired algorithms on classical hardware, addressing challenges in scalability and integration into existing blockchain frameworks. The findings provide valuable insights into the potential of quantum-inspired technologies to drive energy-efficient solutions in cloud computing.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan cara konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi dan memperoleh informasi produk. Penerapan sistem pembayaran digital melalui Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) serta pemanfaatan Digital Marketing menjadi strategi yang banyak digunakan pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pembayaran QRIS terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh Digital Marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta pengaruh keduanya secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Riandra Thaitea Kota Pagar Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 73 responden yang merupakan pelanggan UMKM Riandra Thaitea pengguna QRIS. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran QRIS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 2,143 dan signifikansi 0,036. Digital Marketing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 2,263 dan signifikansi 0,027. Secara simultan, pembayaran QRIS dan Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung 79,521 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,694 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan keputusan pembelian sebesar 69,4%, sedangkan 30,6% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan media digital dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Namun, banyak UMKM yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional sehingga jangkauan pemasaran menjadi terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website penjualan berbasis web pada UMKM “Cemilin Ajaa” guna mempermudah promosi produk dan proses pemesanan oleh pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Website yang dikembangkan memiliki beberapa fitur utama seperti halaman beranda, halaman produk, serta form pemesanan yang terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dibangun dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan produk secara lebih luas serta mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan secara online.
