Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and wants to know and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research design is associative, namely testing the influence of the independent variable on the dependent. The research population was all MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency which consisted of 20 schools with a population of 194 teachers. The sampling technique uses Purposive Random Sampling with the consideration that the characteristics in the population are all teachers who have civil servant status, have worked for more than 5 years and are Bachelor graduates. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, was obtained a sample size of 130 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, partially transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and the organizational commitment variable does not have a dominant effect on organization citizenship behavior of MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
