Abstract

Perawat sebagai tenaga inti dalam pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit bekerja selama 24 jam bertemu dengan pasien, dengan berbagai latar belakang dan karakteristik yang berbeda. Dalam tugas perannya dilaksanakan secara profesional, pemberi perhatian, bersikap baik kepada pasien. Hal ini menjadi tuntutan bagi perawat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bio-psikososial pasien, yang membuat kadang kala perawat mengalami kelelahan fisik dan mental yang menimbulkan burnout Maka dari itu perawat perlu dukungan sosial sesama rekan kerja. Penelitian yang di gunakan peneliti kuantitatif analitik desain cross sectionalHasil Penelitian dukungan sosial rekan kerja mayoritas “cukup” sejumlah 50 responden (87,7%) dan Burnout mayoritas “rendah” sejumlah 29 responden (50,9%), Uji statistik hubungan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan burnout perawat di ruang rawat inap rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan tahun 2024 mengggunakan uji spearman rank p-value = (0,024), artinya ada hubungan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan burnout pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2024, dengan kekuatan coefisien corelasi -0,299, signifikan kekuatan kedua variable lemah atau rendah. Kesimpulan : ada hubungan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan burnout pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2024.

Abstract

Satisfaction is an indicator used in determining the standard of a health facility. The quality of a service is closely related to customer satisfaction, this happens because service quality can create a good relationship between consumers and an agency, in the long run this relationship can make agencies understand how to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of satisfaction with BPJS patients' health services at Primary clinics in 2023. This research is descriptive in nature, with a cross-sectional design. The research population is unknown where a sample of 45 people, and taken based on purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out directly to respondents using interview techniques. The results showed that the satisfaction level of Primary clinic users was very satisfied by 62.2%, satisfied by 20.0% while quite satisfied by 2.2% was dissatisfied15.6 It is hoped that the Primary clinic can further improve the quality of service quality by providing enough doctor time and nurses serving patients.

Abstract

The prevalence of nosocomial infections worldwide has become a serious concern for healthcare professionals, especially in hospitals. One contributing factor is the inadequate implementation of the five moments hand hygiene in handwashing procedures that do not conform to operational procedure standards. The aim of this research is to determine how the implementation of the five moments hand hygiene among nurses in the surgical medical care ward at Santa Elisabeth Hospital in Medan. This study utilized a descriptive cross-sectional approach, employing observation sheets. The sample size included 30 nurses in the Surgical Medical Care Ward at Santa Elisabeth Hospital in Medan, using total sampling technique. The measurement tool was an observation sheet, and the data analysis employed univariate analysis. The research findings revealed that, in the first moment before patient contact, 56.7% of nurses did not adhere to the practice, while 43.3% did. In the second moment, before aseptic procedures, 56.7% of nurses did not comply, and 43.3% did. In the third moment, after exposure to patient body fluids, all nurses (100%) adhered to the practice. In the fourth moment, after patient contact, all nurses (100%) complied. In the fifth moment, after contact with the patient's environment, all nurses (100%) followed the practice. It is hoped that nurses can consistently implement the five moments hand hygiene to prevent disease transmission and nosocomial infections, fostering a habit of incorporating these practices into nosocomial infection prevention.
