Abstract

Soil organic matter is essential for maintaining soil fertility and supporting sustainable agricultural production. However, raw organic matter does not directly enhance soil chemical properties without a sufficient decomposition period. This study evaluated the effects of organic matter incubation and biofertilizer concentrations on soil chemical characteristics. The experiment was conducted from June to August 2024 in the Greenhouse Laboratory of Gunadarma Technopark University, Jamali Village, West Java, using a completely randomized factorial design. Treatments consisted of four biofertilizer concentrations (0, 10, 15, and 20 mL/L) and five incubation periods of cow manure (0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks), each replicated four times, resulting in 80 experimental units. The results showed a significant interaction between incubation duration and biofertilizer concentration on soil pH, organic carbon, total nitrogen, C/N ratio, available phosphorus (P₂O₅), and available potassium (K₂O). The four-week incubation combined with 10–20 mL/L of biofertilizer produced the most notable improvements, increasing pH to neutral levels, raising organic carbon and nitrogen contents, achieving an optimal C/N ratio, and enhancing P availability, although K remained low. These findings indicate that combining biofertilizer application with an adequate incubation period effectively improves soil fertility and offers a viable strategy for long-term soil management and agricultural productivity.

Abstract

The development of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia offers an attractive alternative for investors and has good potential for the economic sector in the future. However, throughout the period 2019 to 2023, the net asset value (NAV) of Islamic mutual funds experienced significant fluctuations, with a sharp decline in 2021 and 2022. This study aims to examine the influence of various macroeconomic factors as well as the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) on the net asset value (NAV) of Islamic mutual funds, both partially in the short and long term, as well as overall. The economic factors analyzed include inflation, exchange rate, BI rate and gross domestic product (GDP). A quantitative approach using secondary data was adopted in this study. The sampling technique applied is a saturated sample (census), while data analysis is carried out through the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) model. The results revealed that in the short term, the exchange rate variable has a significant positive influence on the NAV of Islamic mutual funds. However, inflation, BI interest rate, GDP, and ISSI variables do not show a significant influence on NAV in the short term. Conversely, the long-term test results show that the exchange rate, BI interest rate, and GDP have a significant positive effect on the NAV of Islamic mutual funds, while inflation and ISSI do not have a significant effect. In addition, based on the results of the F test, inflation, exchange rates, BI interest rates, GDP, and ISSI variables simultaneously affect the net asset value (NAV) of Islamic mutual funds.

Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan tanaman sayuran dengan tingkat permintaan pasar yang tinggi. Penurunan hasil produksi pakcoy dipengaruhi oleh faktor organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT) terutama dari golongan hama salah satunya Crocidolomia pavonana atau ulat krop. Salah satu alternatif pengendalian hama C. pavonana yang ramah lingkungan yaitu dengan metode pengendalian hayati menggunakan agensia hayati Beauveria bassiana. B. bassiana sangat efektif dalam mematikan seluruh tahapan perkembangan serangga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UG-Technopark, Cianjur pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk tingkat efektivitas perlakuan B. bassiana terhadap serangan hama utama C. pavonana di lapangan dan menganalisis varietas pakcoy terhadap tingkat serangan hama utama C. pavonana di lapangan, tingkat pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) Pola Tersarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insektisida berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas kerusakan mutlak dengan konsentrasi paling efektif B. bassiana 21.42 g/L yaitu sebesar 12.25%. Varietas pakcoy Nauli F1 memiliki tingkat intensitas kerusakan rendah sebesar 11.04%, tinggi tanaman 25.05 cm, jumlah daun 21.33 helai, dan bobot panen segar 251.25 g. Variabel pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan bobot segar berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kerusakan hama pada tanaman pakcoy.

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang terus menerus secara tunggal dapat menurunkan produktivitas tanah dan tanaman. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas serta meningkatkan produktivitas tanah dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tumbuh dan bobot hasil panen tanaman lobak putih (Raphanus sativus L.) dengan pupuk NPK dan pupuk kandang sapi pada sistem irigasi tetes. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak 2 faktor. Faktor pertama pupuk NPK terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu (N0) kontrol, (N1) pupuk NPK 400 kg/ha, (N2) pupuk NPK 700 kg/ha. Faktor kedua pupuk kandang sapi terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu (P0) kontrol, (P1) pukan sapi 15 ton/ha, (P2) pukan sapi 30 ton/ha. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), intensitas serangan hama (%), bobot segar tanaman (g) dan bobot umbi (g) lobak. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari program aplikasi pengolahan data yaitu SAS (Statistical Analysis System) dan uji lanjut DMRT (Duncаn Multiple Rаnge Test) pаdа α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan yang terbaik yaitu pupuk NPK N1 = 400 kg/ha5.6 g dan pupuk kandang sapi P1 = 15 ton/ha pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot umbi dan bobot segar tanaman
