Abstract

Koperasi memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat yang berskala kecil dan menengah melalui kinerja manajemen keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Kajian ini meneliti pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap kinerja manajemen keuangan di mediasi kesadaran partisipasi anggota. Survei ini dilakukan secara daring dan luring dengan melibatkan 93 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan perkoperasian dan kesadaran partisipasi anggota secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajemen keuangan. Dari hasil analisis di temukan juga bahwa kesadaran partisipasi anggota mampu berperan dalam me-mediasi pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap kinerja manajemen kuangan koperasi, dengan peran mediasi penuh. Kajian ini berkontribusi pada peran pendidikan perkoperasian dan kesadaran partisipasi anggota dalam meningkatkan kinerja manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction of Ayam Geprek at Morro Chicken, Kayu Putih Village, Kupang City. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of all Morro Chicken customers who had purchased Ayam Geprek, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).The results indicate that product quality and price significantly affect customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R² of 0.512, indicating that these two variables explain 51.2% of the variation in customer satisfaction. The findings emphasize that the combination of good product quality and reasonable pricing is a key factor in shaping customer satisfaction at Morro Chicken.Keywords: product quality, price, customer satisfaction, Ayam Geprek

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership style in enhancing employee performance at the Kota Raja District Office in Kupang City. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of all 20 employees at the Kota Raja District Office; consequently, the entire population served as the study's respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression and the t-test. The results indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a calculated t-value of 6.038, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.101 at a 5% significance level (p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate that the better the implementation of transformational leadership by the leadership, the higher the level of employee performance. Leadership practices that provide inspiration, motivation, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation are shown to contribute to the effectiveness of employee task execution. Therefore, transformational leadership style can serve as an effective strategy for enhancing the performance of civil servants within government agencies.
