Abstract

The development of information system requirements is crucial in all activities, especially in business operations, where efficient management is essential to achieve company goals. PT Indonesia Epson Industry, a printer manufacturing company, currently handles warehouse part reception manually. This manual process makes it time-consuming to locate missing parts and can potentially cause production line stoppages, affecting overall productivity. To address these issues, a part reception information system has been developed. The system is built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database to manage and monitor warehouse data effectively. With this system, all part information, including location, delivery status, and related details, can be accessed digitally. When a part is missing or needs verification, warehouse admins can quickly check the system to obtain accurate and up-to-date information, eliminating delays caused by manual tracking. This approach streamlines warehouse operations, reduces the risk of part loss, and ensures smoother production processes. By implementing this computerized system, PT Indonesia Epson Industry can enhance operational efficiency, improve monitoring capabilities, and maintain production continuity while minimizing disruptions in the warehouse workflow.

Abstract

This study aims to address issues in selecting the best teacher at SD Negeri Lenggahsari 03, where the process was previously conducted manually and was prone to errors and nepotism. The existing selection process lacked objective, criteria-based assessment, highlighting the need for a decision support system to ensure fairness and transparency. The research applies the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to rank candidates based on predefined criteria, including attendance, certification, years of service, teaching quality, and educational background. The WASPAS method combines weighted sum and weighted product approaches to generate a final score (Qi), providing a more accurate evaluation of alternatives. The results indicate that alternative A1, Ali, S.Pd, achieved the highest final score (Qi) of 1 and was therefore selected as the best teacher. The implementation of the WASPAS-based decision support system proves effective in improving objectivity, transparency, and accuracy in the teacher selection process at SD Negeri Lenggahsari 03.

Abstract

Surat merupakan media komunikasi resmi yang berperan penting dalam aktivitas organisasi, termasuk dalam proses administrasi Registrasi Tanda Terima Angsuran (TTA) di PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Cilacap. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data TTA yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan dokumen kertas, sehingga kurang efektif, rawan kesalahan penulisan, dan memperlambat kinerja administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi registrasi TTA berbasis online guna mempermudah proses pencatatan surat TTA masuk dan keluar. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, dan deployment diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi registrasi TTA berbasis website mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketepatan proses registrasi, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mempermudah pekerjaan bagian administrasi dalam mengelola data TTA secara terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the prediction of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) stock prices using time-series data by comparing two approaches: the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) model and multiple linear regression. The dataset consists of daily historical ANTM data collected from Yahoo Finance spanning 2014–2024, which was preprocessed (including cleaning/normalization) and split chronologically into training (70%) and testing (30%) sets to preserve realistic forecasting conditions. Model performance was assessed using R-squared (R²), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), supported by visual comparisons between actual and predicted values. The results indicate that the GRU model achieves superior predictive performance and better captures the dynamic and non-linear behavior of stock price movements compared to multiple linear regression. These findings suggest that GRU is more suitable for ANTM stock price forecasting in a time-series setting, while multiple linear regression remains useful as a simple and interpretable baseline model.
