Abstract

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini berangkat dari urgensi lingkungan kerja non fisik dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lembaga pemerintahan desa. Sebagai penyedia layanan publik, Kantor Desa Rajeg Mulya dituntut memiliki aparatur yang berkinerja tinggi agar pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat berlangsung cepat, tepat, dan profesional. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik Kantor Desa Rajeg Mulya yang mendukung ditandai dengan komunikasi efektif antarpegawai, hubungan kerja yang harmonis, serta atmosfer kekeluargaan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas kerja. Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa yang bersifat demokratis memberikan ruang bagi pegawai untuk berperan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sehingga memunculkan rasa tanggung jawab sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kinerja. ABSTRACT Xhis study originates from the urgency of a supportive non-physical work environment and leadership style in enhancing employee performance within village government institutions. As a public service provider, the Rajeg Mulya Village Office is required to have high-performing staff to ensure that services to the community are delivered in a fast, accurate, and professional manner. The findings indicate that the non-physical work environment at Rajeg Mulya Village Office, characterized by effective communication among employees, harmonious working relationships, and a familial atmosphere, is able to improve motivation and work effectiveness. In addition, the democratic leadership style practiced by the village head provides space for employees to participate in decision-making processes, thereby fostering responsibility and encouraging improved performance.
