Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang belum konsisten di satuan PAUD dan lingkungan keluarga menjadi tantangan dalam pembentukan kebiasaan sehat anak usia dini. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pendidik dan orang tua dalam pengasuhan berbasis PHBS di PAUD Randong, Kabupaten Manggarai, dengan melibatkan 7 pendidik dan 1 kepala PAUD serta 20 orang tua sebagai mitra. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan participatory training yang meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Materi kegiatan mencakup pembuatan media pembelajaran digital PHBS menggunakan Canva, penyusunan SOP dan rencana kerja tahunan PHBS, serta praktik Eco Enzim sebagai penerapan PHBS di rumah. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pendidik, partisipasi orang tua, serta pembiasaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada anak.Abstract: The inconsistent implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHB) in early childhood education settings and family environments poses a challenge to the development of healthy habits among young children. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of educators and parents in implementing CHB-based parenting at Randong Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center, Manggarai Regency, involving seven teachers, one school principal, and twenty parents as partners. The program was conducted using a participatory training approach that included socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The activities covered the development of digital CHB learning media using Canva, the formulation of CHB standard operating procedures and annual work plans, and eco-enzyme production practices as an application of CHB at home. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-tests, observations, and document analysis. The results indicated improvements in educators’ competencies, increased parental participation, and the establishment of clean and healthy behaviors among children.
