<![CDATA[The arboretum area of PT. Erna Djuliawati is believed to have a variety of flora. Tree diversity as one element of the ecosystem can provide information which is the main factor in the conservation of forest resources. The arboretum is one source of seeds for the development of protected areas and increasing sustainability. Flora diversity as one element of the ecosystem can provide information which is the main factor in the conservation of forest resources. PT Erna Djuliawati owns an arboretum area with a high diversity of flora species; therefore, it is important to conduct an analysis of tree species diversity in the area. This study employed a census method using the line–plot technique. The results showed that the Important Value Index (INP) for all vegetation strata was dominated by Medang (Dehaasia incrassata). The species diversity index (H’) ranged from 3.15 to 4.06, which is classified as high diversity (H’ > 3). The dominance index (C) ranged from 0.00107 to 0.000281, indicating low dominance, meaning that no single species dominated the others. The evenness index (e) ranged from 0.78 to 0.91, indicating a more evenly distributed community, while the species richness index (R) ranged from 9.39 to 9.93, reflecting high species richness. PT Erna Djuliawati memiliki kawasan arboretum dengan jenis flora yang beragam, sehingga penting untuk dilakukan analisisKeanekaragaman Jenis Pohon di Areal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus teknik garis berpetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) untuk semua tingkat vegetasi yaitu Medang (Dehaasia incrassata), Indeks keanekaragaman jenis (H’) 3,15 – 4,06 yang tergolong kedalam kelas tinggi, indeks dominasi (C) 0,00107 – 0,000281 yang berarti rendah atau tidak hanya satu jenis saja yang dominan terhadap jenis lainnya, indeks kemerataan jenis (e) 0,78 – 0,91 menunjukkan komunitas tersebut lebih merata, nilai kekayaan jenis, nilai kekayaan jenis (R) 9,39 – 9,93 menunjukkan kekayaan yang tinggi.
