Bullying, khususnya dalam bentuk cyberbullying, merupakanmasalah serius yang marak terjadi di kalangan remaja. Perilaku ini menimbulkan dampak negatif yang signifikanterhadap kesehatan mental, hubungan sosial, serta iklimbelajar di sekolah. Media sosial sebagai ruang interaksi utamaremaja kerap menjadi sarana munculnya perundungan digital, sehingga diperlukan intervensi edukatif yang tepat. Salah satuupaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui sosialisasipencegahan bullying di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui efektivitas sosialisasi edukasi pencegahanbullying melalui media sosial terhadap pengetahuan dan sikapsiswa dalam mencegah perilaku tersebut. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest one group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 49 siswa SMK Swasta Global Cendekia dengan instrumenberupa kuesioner mengenai pengetahuan dan sikappencegahan bullying. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikanantara skor pretest dan posttest (t(46) = -2,278, p = 0,027), dengan rata-rata skor posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkanpretest. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa sosialisasipencegahan bullying melalui media sosial efektif dalammeningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadapbahaya bullying. Kata kunci: bullying, cyberbullying, sosialisasi, media sosial, eksperimen Abstract Bullying, particularly in the form of cyberbullying, is a serious issue that has become increasingly prevalent among teenagers. This behavior has significant negative impacts on mental health, social relationships, and the overall learning climate at school. Social media, as the main platform for adolescent interaction, often serves as a medium for digital harassment, thus requiring appropriate educational interventions. One effort that can be implemented is the socialization of bullying prevention through social media. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of educational socialization on bullying prevention via social media in improving students’ knowledge and attitudes toward preventing such behavior. The research employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest one group design. The subjects were 49 students from SMK Swasta Global Cendekia, with questionnaires measuring knowledge and attitudes toward bullying prevention. The paired t-test analysis showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (t(46) = -2.278, p = 0.027), with higher mean scores in the posttest compared to the pretest. These findings demonstrate that bullying prevention socialization through social media is effective in enhancing students’ understanding and awareness of the dangers of bullying.
