<![CDATA[Abstract: Conflict management within cell groups in local churches is an important aspect of maintaining the quality of congregational development, especially when relational dynamics give rise to tensions that can hinder spiritual growth. Conflicts arising from differences in character, communication patterns, or theological understanding often develop into latent problems if not managed through an appropriate pastoral approach. In addition, the lack of cell leadership capacity to anticipate and handle conflicts often worsens the congregation's overall pastoral condition. The phenomenon of increasing hidden conflicts in cell communities shows that the pastoral mentoring structure is not yet fully capable of responding to the complexity of inter-member relationships. This study aims to analyse the role of pastors in implementing constructive conflict management to foster a healthy pastoral culture within the local church. The research method used is a qualitative study, so it can be concluded that the active involvement of pastors as pastoral mediators is able to create a safe space for dialogue for relationship restoration. In addition, the application of theological principles regarding reconciliation strengthens the effectiveness of conflict management in cell communities. This study also emphasises that the development of cell group leaders through a systematic pastoral approach is an important factor in building a healthy and sustainable church ecosystem. Abstrak: Manajemen konflik dalam komunitas sel di gereja lokal merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kualitas pembinaan jemaat, terutama ketika dinamika relasional memunculkan ketegangan yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan rohani. Konflik yang muncul akibat perbedaan karakter, pola komunikasi, maupun pemahaman teologis sering kali berkembang menjadi persoalan laten apabila tidak dikelola melalui pendekatan pastoral yang tepat. Selain itu, kurangnya kapasitas kepemimpinan sel dalam mengantisipasi dan menangani konflik kerap memperburuk kondisi pastoral jemaat secara keseluruhan. Fenomena meningkatnya konflik tersembunyi dalam komunitas sel menunjukkan bahwa struktur pendampingan pastoral belum sepenuhnya mampu merespons kompleksitas relasi antaranggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran gembala dalam menerapkan manajemen konflik yang konstruktif guna membangun budaya pastoral yang sehat di lingkungan gereja lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif gembala sebagai mediator pastoral mampu menciptakan ruang dialog yang aman bagi pemulihan relasi. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip teologis mengenai rekonsiliasi memperkuat efektivitas manajemen konflik dalam komunitas sel. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa pembinaan pemimpin sel melalui pendekatan pastoral yang sistematis menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun ekosistem gereja yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.]]>
