Abstract

Bullying in secondary schools is a serious issue that affects students’ psychosocial well-being and academic achievement, and significantly disrupts the learning climate and the quality of social relationships among students. This community service activity aimed to implement the Child-Friendly School Program through anti-bullying socialization at SMA N 1 Kersana in order to enhance the understanding and commitment of all school members in creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment. The method employed a participatory approach, including needs assessment, interactive socialization sessions, focus group discussions, case simulations, and structured evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results indicated a 23% increase in participants’ understanding based on the comparison of scores before and after the intensive implementation of the program. Furthermore, a “Bullying-Free School” declaration was established along with a plan to strengthen the Violence Prevention and Handling Team as a more systematic sustainability strategy. These findings confirm that participatory-based socialization effectively reinforces the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program and fosters a safe, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive school culture that supports students’ positive character development.

Abstract

The phenomenon of student brawls has become a source of pride for those with violent tendencies, especially among students. As a result, the phenomenon of student brawls in Indonesia has recently become commonplace. In fact, these brawls have shifted from mere physical fights to violent acts connected directly to social media (live streaming). SMAN 1 Kersana, as a school that is concerned about this phenomenon, has taken anticipatory steps to prevent its students from becoming victims or perpetrators of violence or bullying. One of these measures is by holding In-House Training (IHT) attended by all teachers and staff at the school. After the IHT, there are also follow-ups as concrete steps from the implementation of IHT to develop programs for preventing and handling violence. An understanding of the laws related to acts of violence is mandatory for all parties involved. Furthermore, synergy between all parties, between the school, the school committee, and parents of students is one of the keys to preventing and handling violence at SMAN 1 Kersana.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven a shift in marketing patterns from conventional methods to digital-based marketing. However, many Micro,Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have not yet optimally utilized digital media as a means of promotion and business development. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in implementing digital marketing strategies to increase business competitiveness. The activity implementation method is carried out through the stages of observation, socialization, training, direct practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The material provided includes digital marketing concepts, the use of business social media, promotional content creation, product branding strategies, and the use of marketplaces as a marketing tool. Evaluation of the activity was carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing digital marketing. The program's success rate reached 85.6%, demonstrated by increased participants' ability to create promotional content, manage business social media, and utilize marketplaces for product marketing. In addition, participants demonstrated a change in mindset to be more adaptive to the use of digital technology in business development. This activity has a positive impact on increasing the capacity of MSMEs to face business competition in the digital era. Therefore, ongoing support and monitoring are necessary to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation of digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

State Administrative Law (HAN) is an important instrument for regulating the implementation of clean and accountable governance. However, the level of understanding among State Civil Apparatus (ASN) regarding the principles of HAN often varies, potentially affecting public policy, bureaucratic performance, and the quality of public services. As observed in Brebes Regency, there remains a gap between senior ASN personnel with more than 20 years of service and ASN personnel who have held their positions for less than 5 years. To facilitate the transition toward an accountable digital bureaucracy, the Brebes Regency Government is advised to formulate a specific Brebes Regent Regulation (Perbup) concerning digital work procedures and data integration to provide legal certainty for technical implementing staff. Furthermore, HAN training programs/seminars should be organized for non-legal Regional Government Agencies (OPD), such as BKPSDMD, Kesbangpol, and subdistrict administrations, with a focus on digital administrative law, administrative discretion, and the mitigation of legal risks in public service delivery. The findings of this study are expected to provide a foundation for policymakers, particularly the Regent of Brebes, to strengthen the regulatory framework so that every public policy has a clear legal basis. Without a strong legal basis, public policies may result in administrative errors, potentially leading to lawsuits before the State Administrative Court (PTUN) or other legal proceedings.
