Abstract

Traditional golok manufacturing in Ciomas exposes workers to thermal, mechanical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards. This study identified hazards, assessed risk levels, and implemented the web-based RISKA3 System for digital HIRADC documentation. A descriptive observational study was conducted at the Ciomas production center, Serang, Banten, from November 2025 to March 2026. Twenty-five work activities were assessed using likelihood and severity scores. RISKA3 was developed with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets. Two activities (8%) were low risk, 16 (64%) medium risk, and seven (28%) high risk. Handling hot metal had the highest score (16), followed by furnace ignition, furnace loading, holding hot metal, grinding, blade sharpening, and quenching. RISKA3 enabled structured data entry, automatic scoring, online storage, recapitulation, and graphical visualization. The system supports efficient risk documentation and prioritization of controls. Further testing should evaluate usability and effectiveness.
