Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence factors directive leadership style, consultation, participation and delegation affect the performance of employees in Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. Which serve as a target population of this study are parties related to the performance of Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar, some 50 people and all the respondents using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that all variables, namely factor directive leadership style, consultation, participation and delegation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees simultaneously on Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. In Partial found that the factor of leadership style that delegates have no significant influence on the performance of employees in Class I Navigation District Office Directorate General of Sea Transportation Makassar. Based on these findings, the authors suggest that the Class I Navigation District Office Director General of Sea Transportation Makassar to pay more attention to factors that can push the performance such as the provision of creative freedom and motivation to better stimulate employees to work better     Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh factor gaya kepemimpinan direktif, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut, sejumlah 50 orang dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variable, yakni factor gaya kepemimpinan direktif, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Sedang secara parisial ditemukan bahwa faktor gaya kepemimpinan delegasi yang memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan agar pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar Ditjen Perhubungan Laut dapat lebih memperhatikan factor yang dapat mendorong kinerja seperti pemberian kebebasan berkreasi dan motivasi agar dapat lebih merangsang pegawai untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Effect of leadership, managerial ability and motivation partially on the performance of the sales force; (2) The effect of leadership, managerial ability and motivation simultaneously on the performance of the sales force. This study is a population of the entire sales and non-sales personnel CV. Gita Mandiri Gowa totaling 32 people. Month study period December 2015 to February 2016. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis. Data collected were analyzed using the t test and F test results showed that (1) There is a significant and positive influence among the leadership of the performance (value T calculated at 7.784 is greater than t table of 2.045 and 0.0000 significance); (2) There is a significant and positive influence among the managerial capacity of the performance (value T count equal to 2,591 bigger than t table of 2.045 and significance 0.015); (3) There is no significant and positive effect of motivation on performance (value T calculated at 0.353 is greater than t table of 2.045 and 0.727 significance greater than 0.05) .; (4) There is a significant and positive influence among the leadership, managerial ability and motivation together on the performance (value calculated at 104.557 T is greater than t table of 3.340 and 0.000 significance). The factors that most affect the performance is leadership while not influential factor is motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) merancang sistem pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi Komputer (TIK) kelas VII pada SMPN1 Kabupaten Maros. (2) dapat membantu para siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan yaitu bulan Desember 2020 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2021 pada SMPN 1 Kabupaten Maros yang berlokasi di jalan Pattene 119-A. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi,wawancara dan penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi pada Sistem Pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi komputer (TIK) Pada SMPN 1 Kabupaten Maros, maka penulis berharap sistem pembelajaran ini dapat mempermudah guru dalam pemberian materi serta membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem keuangan yang berlaku serta membuat rancangan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta berguna bagi para developer dalam membangaun sistem informasi keuangan bagi toko bangunan mikro. Pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang cermat dan tepat sesuai penggunaannya akan menghasilkan informasi yang baik dan akurat terkait keuangan bagi para penggunanya. Tak terkecuali toko bangunan mikro yang juga membutuhkan pembukuan transaksi keuangan yang dimilikinya. Sistem yang dirancang diperuntukkan pada sistem operasi android serta menggunakan alur akuntansi yang dimulai dari pencatatan jurnal sampai menghasilkan laporan keuangan dalam bentuk neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, serta laporan arus kas. Selain itu, sistem yang dirancang juga dapat menghasilkan buku pembantu dalam bentuk buku utang, buku piutang, dan buku persediaan.

Abstract

Effect of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on profitability (ROA) at PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. Supervised by Salmiyah Thaha and Jumria. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on profitability (ROA) at PT. SiantarTop, Tbk. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of this study show the regression equation Y = 11,444 + 0,107X1 + 2,172X2, the coefficient of determination (R2) = 78,20% and correlation coefficient (R) = 0,884. Based on the t test b1 tcount 0,723 < ttable 2,015, b2 tcount 3,748 ttable < 2,015 and through the F test obtained Fcount 8,886 < Ftable 5,790. The results showed that working capital turnover (X1) partially had a positive and insignificant effect on profitability (ROA) while inventory turnover (X2) partially had a positive and not significant effect on profitability (ROA), and simultaneously working capital turnover and turnover Inventory has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) at PT. SiantarTop, Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program and the implementation of the work discipline program on employee work productivity. This research uses a survey method, sampling using a purposive sampling technique, which is determining a sample from the entire population with certain criteria so that the results of the analysis produce a conclusion that the employee empowerment variable (X1) has a very significant influence on performance, the t-count value is obtained 3.508 with a significance value or probability value of 0.018, which is much smaller than 0.05. Then the work discipline variable (X2) on work productivity is obtained with a t-count value of 3.036 with a significance value or probability value of 0.025 < 0.05. Thus, the influence of the Occupational Safety and Health Program (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee Work Productivity, the results of data analysis using SPSS obtained an F count value of 22.096 with a significance level of 0.000 or smaller than the significance level used, which is 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This provides an overview that the variables of occupational safety and health and work discipline together have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees at PT. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of organizational structure and cost efficiency on the performance of a community-based waste management program at BSU Seroja Gowa. This quantitative research employed a survey method with a population of 50 respondents directly involved in the program. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of the partial t-test indicated that organizational structure had a positive and significant effect on program performance (p<0.05). Similarly, cost efficiency was also found to have a positive and significant effect on program performance (p<0.05). Simultaneously, the F-test results confirmed that organizational structure and cost efficiency together had a significant impact on program performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.685, indicating that 68.5% of the variation in program performance can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings underscore that the design of an effective organizational structure and efficient cost management are crucial factors for the success of community-based waste management programs. The practical implications of this research are recommendations for the management of BSU Seroja Gowa to focus efforts on strengthening these two aspects to optimally enhance program performance.

Abstract

The implementation of this Community Service aims to increase access to capital for MSMEs in North Galesung, Takalar Regency, through financial literacy and business legalization. The main problem for MSMEs in this region is capital barriers due to lack of financial understanding and the absence of legality. The activity was carried out with an educational-participatory approach. The results showed a significant increase in financial literacy (the score increased by 48.3%) and the success of 60% of MSMEs in obtaining Business Identification Number (NIB). The synergy of these two factors substantially increases the intention and understanding of MSMEs regarding formal capital. This activity proves the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach in building the capacity of MSMEs.
