The study employs a quantitative research method with a non-probability sampling technique using the saturated sampling method, in which the entire population of 55 employees was used as the research sample. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²), which were processed using SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, employee engagement does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work experience partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, employee engagement, work commitment, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sentral Artha Tradeindo. The combined influence of employee engagement, work commitment, and work experience on employee performance is 49.8%, while the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
