Abstract

In this period the baby progresses from total dependence on others to relative autonomy from self-determination. Growth, development, maturity and learning produce enormous behavioral changes in infancy. In this final period he was able to stand and walk. The baby's behavior is initially related to breastfeeding behavior and elimination behavior. In infant development, several experts have suggested that this behavior is associated with the oral and anal personality of the adult personality. Motives will emerge from needs through the learning process. Needs become detailed and the way to fulfill needs will lead to personal patterns in trying to satisfy them, becoming patterns of behavior and distinctive characteristics. Emotional attitudes are often studied in this way, namely children learn from their interactions with their environment. After certain physical development is achieved, the development of speech, motor skills, and personality traits results in a child who has lost the appearance of a baby, ready to enter toddlerhood.

Abstract

This research examines curriculum development at SDIT Ulul Albab, Bukittinggi City, which integrates Islamic values in academic education. The focus includes teacher standards, education personnel, infrastructure, and assessment systems to create education that is quality, has character, and is relevant to student needs, as well as challenges in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze the integration of teacher standards, education staff, infrastructure and assessment in curriculum development at SDIT Ulul Albab, Bukittinggi City. Data was collected through interviews, observations, documentation studies and FGDs, then analyzed using thematic analysis and triangulation methods. The research results show that the integration of religious and academic material in the curriculum has a positive impact on student character development. Excellent programs such as Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, Tahfidz Hadith, and Arabic not only increase religious knowledge, but also shape students' morals and social skills. In addition, a holistic approach that combines moral and ethical teaching with cognitive skills has proven to be effective in building character based on Islamic values. Learning evaluation is carried out holistically by measuring students' academic aspects and spiritual values, which aims to not only measure understanding of scientific concepts but also strengthen students' Islamic character. This research contributes to the development of a learning model that integrates religious and academic education, as well as creating an environment that supports the formation of Islamic character in elementary schools.
