Abstract

Bullying in elementary school environments is a serious problem that affects students’ psychological, social, and academic development. Bullying behaviors such as teasing, exclusion, threats, and physical violence are still frequently found, indicating weak internalization of character values from an early age. This study aims to describe the forms of bullying that occur in elementary schools, analyze the contributing factors, and examine the role of character education in preventing and addressing bullying. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with elementary school students and teachers as the research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that bullying in elementary schools appears in verbal, physical, and social forms, influenced by peer environment, parenting patterns, and the lack of reinforcement of character values in schools. The implementation of character education emphasizing empathy, responsibility, tolerance, and mutual respect was proven to reduce bullying tendencies and increase students’ awareness in building positive social interactions. Therefore, character education plays a strategic role as both a preventive and curative approach in creating a safe, comfortable, and character-based elementary school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital wallet usage on the efficiency of financial record-keeping among culinary MSMEs in Gowa Regency. The background of this research is based on the low level of systematic financial recording practices among MSMEs, alongside the increasing use of digital financial technology in business transactions. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 culinary MSME actors in Gowa Regency. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software, through the evaluation of the outer model and inner model. The results show that all indicators have met the criteria of validity and reliability, with loading factor values above 0.70 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values above 0.50. Furthermore, the findings indicate that digital wallet usage has a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of financial record-keeping, with a path coefficient value of 0.847. The R-Square value of 0.717 indicates that the variable explains 71.7% of the variation in financial record-keeping efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, self control, dan impulsive buying terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat pengendalian diri maka semakin baik perilaku dalam mengelola keuangan. Sementara itu, literasi keuangan dan impulsive buying menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pada kedua variabel tersebut justru diikuti dengan penurunan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 46,4% variasi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi keuangan, self control, dan impulsive buying, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan self control guna mencapai pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik dan bijaksana
