Abstract

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

Abstract

Enhancement public service is one goal of the village setting for the community. Therefore, this study analyzed the correlation between the dimensions of customer satisfaction and community satisfaction. The sample in this study was 83 respondents, Lumajang community who use the services of the village offices, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed empathy variables that influence people's satisfaction significantly. The coefficient of determination in this study was 77.8%, it can do that only requires empathy Lumajang community village government in the ministry. But the village government should not rule out other dimensions of quality of service, because they have laws that regulate their work to the public.

Abstract

Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, provides an important position for the village to play its role in development. The important role of the village is the local authority possessed by the village in managing its household. Urgency of the implementation of village authority in village development main flow lies in the ability of village financial management. The form of self-reliance of village management among others is the application of the principle of the principle as set forth in the regulation, as regulated in Permendagri 113 of 2014. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of the principles of village financial management, including; Principles of Transparency, Principles of Accountability, Principles of Participation, Orderly Principles and Budgetary Discipline. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative and case study, application of village management principle in certain village. Locations in Jatiroto Village Jatiroto District Lumajang District with participants from the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Implementation Team, Village Assistant, BPD and Community Leaders The results show the implementation of Jatiroto village financial management as follows; (1) The application of the principle of transparency has generally been implemented, although it needs to be optimized with media enrichment. (2) Accountability of village financial management is quite good, but there are some things that need to be strengthened, and improve management performance. (3) The management of village finances in Jatiroto village is quite participatory, some of the things that demonstrate this principle is the involvement of the community in the process of running activities, although it still needs to be improved, (4) The application of orderly principles and budgetary discipline, is basically already underway in every stage of village financial management that is run, some obstacles due to technical problems, such as facilities, competencies, and workload

Abstract

Business Unit of Village Unit or Bumdesa is mandate of Law no. 6 Year 2014 on the Village. The establishment of BUMDesa is an effort to accommodate all activities in the field of economy and / or public services managed by the village and / or inter-village cooperation. The regulation on BUMDesa is regulated through Village Regulations. Bumdesa Gesang Sejahtera was established in 2017, with a legal umbrella of village law. The effort developed by Bumdesa is based on the potential of agriculture and other sectors that have become embryos before. Businesses managed by Bumdesa include; (1) agriculture with organic rice production and fertilizer business, organic agricultural medicine, (2) waste transportation services, (3) HIPPA water service. The problem faced by Bumdesa Gesang Sejahtera as a partner is not yet optimal financial management Bumdesa, which consists of planning, implementation, administration and financial accountability. The pressing issue is financial administration, where Bumdesa has not been able to present financial reports and report to the Village Government. Devotion is done, is training and mentoring activities on (1) standardization of financial format, (2) process of preparation of financial statement, (3) OJT prepare financial report. The output of this devotion is the management capability for the operational operators in the process of administration and financial reporting Bumdesa covers the aspects of cognitive, psychomotor and affective.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of: Components of Cash Flow, Net Profit, and Firm Size on the level of Stock Return. This research is a quantitative research. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data source used is data retrieval from the annual financial statements of consumer goods industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. Researchers determine the number of company samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the cash flow component had no significant effect on stock returns, net income had a significant effect on stock returns and firm size had no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the knowledge and financial aspects of entrepreneurship to be a decisive part in the management of Bumdesa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the efficiency on rice farming business and factors that affect rice production associated with participation in farmer groups. The research was conducted in Senduro Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. Analysis method in this research included revenue, cost and efficiency on rice farming, as well as multiple regression of production function. The results show that there are different performance among farmers who are member and non-member of farmer’s group. Productivity to the farmers who are member of farmer group was 8.776 tons per hectare and non-member was 7.275 tons per hectare. Farmers in the group gained higher revenue (IDR 37.74 million per hectare) compared to non-member (IDR 31.28 million per hectare). Production cost to the farmers who are member of farmer group reached IDR 12.69 million per hectare and non-member was IDR 12.55 million per hectare, with efficiency values (R/C) 2.97 and 2.49, respectively. Farmers who become member of the group adhered better farming practices which use more efficient fertilizer, more intensive irrigation and more seeds. Rice production is significantly affected by land size and the group membership. Ten percent increasing in land size would increase production by 2.4 percent. However, for the other factors, i.e, age, education, number of family member, seeds, manpower and fertilizer had no significant effect on rice production.

Abstract

Village economy is one of the important factors in assessing the success of village development. The village economic problems need to be solved by handling thoroughly, starting from the construction of infrastructure facilities, to developing the potential of the village to be optimized into opportunities for business opportunities that prosper the village community. Village Owned Enterprises, here in after referred to as BUMDes, become one of the important mandates contained in the Village Law. BUMDes urgency is affirmed in Permendesa number 4 of 2015. The context of BUMDes establishment is expected to be the driving force of the village economy, meaning that the establishment of BUMDes is not merely an orientation to the profit of the institution, but the more essence is the establishment of BUMDes should be able to provide both economic and social benefits to villagers.The type of this research is descriptive qualitative, with the aim to identify and analyze the feasibility aspects of BUMDes business in terms of social and economic aspects. The results showed that BUMDesIjen Lestari Tamansarivillage District of Banyuwangi gave positive impacts economically and socially for the villagers like directly or indirectly. BUMDes's main business sector engaged in tourism management has an impact for residents around Ijen region, in the form of additional income from multiplayer tourism effects. The direct impact of BUMDes employees' involvement in the management of activities and community involvement in BUMDes businesses such as local food producers packed with BUMDes and community-based homestay managers.Keywords: BUMDes, Social Aspect, Economic Aspect, Banyuwangi

Abstract

Application of appropriate e-marketing technology and techniques to maximize sales and income, as well as help coffee MSMEs achieve long-term financial stability and sustainable performance. The strategy for implementing this service includes a participatory approach involving Ndeso Coffee MSME Owners who are actively involved in each stage through Focus Group Discussions. Furthermore, intensive training and mentoring by increasing in-depth knowledge about technology management and online marketing performance analysis. The results of the service, which are realized in the form of training and mentoring, show an increase in the quality of products produced by Ndeso Coffee MSMEs through the application of technology in the form of roasting machines. The impact of this can be seen in increasing taste consistency, production quantities, efficiency and effectiveness of time and energy. In terms of training and e-marketing assistance, Kopi Ndeso MSMEs already have online shop and social media accounts as media for sales, promotion and product branding. The training and mentoring activities carried out have had a positive impact on Ndeso Coffee MSMEs. Through these efforts, MSME Kopi Ndeso is able to develop and improve the quality of their products, utilize technology more effectively, and build a customer network in the digital realm.

Abstract

The creative industry through community-based industry on the scale of MSMEs, has developed quite well. The creative industry has the opportunity to continue to increase, because the industry is responsive to absorb the accumulation of social phenomena in society and pour it into the context of products and services. The problems faced by MSMEs are still homework, the problems include fulfilling the market aspect, which is caused by the availability of the goods produced. This study aims to obtain problem information and the right solution approach in answering the existing problems. The results of the study indicate that the problem of human resource availability can be done with alternative solutions in the form of a social entrepreneurship approach with the involvement of the community around the industry
