Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the knowledge and financial aspects of entrepreneurship to be a decisive part in the management of Bumdesa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan guru PAUD dalam membaca notasi  musik dan menciptakan lagu sederhana di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember.  Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan mengingat lagu merupakan komponen utama  dalam pendidikan anak usia dini, (AUD).   Namun fakta di lapangan, menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan para  guru AUD masih minim dalam penguasaan notasi.  Minimnya pengetahuan tentang notasi musik ini berimplikasi pada kesulitaan pengembangan khasanah lagu-lagu bagi anak didik., sehingga lagu-lagu  yang diberikan, cenderung plagiasi dari lagu yang sudah ada.  Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan  dengan metode Participatory Action Research dalam bentuk pelatihan   membaca notasi musik dan menciptakan lagu sederhana yang terbagi dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan , dan evaluasi.  Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini  menunjukkan  adanya peningkatan pemahaman  para  guru AUD terhadap teori-teori notasi musik dan menciptakan lagu sederhana untuk AUD. Antusiasme para guru PAUD dalam mengikuti pelatihan terlihat  melalui serangkaian praktik dan latihan berulang pada peserta. Pemahaman mulai meningkat terhadap teori musik dan tanda ritme.  Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini berpotensi untuk memperluas kreativitas guru-guru.

Abstract

The most basic need in educational institutions is about space. In accordance with the stage of development of a child at the age of two to six years is a sensory motor stage. the concept of a play-based learning environment, outdoor learning space provides a broad arena for stimulation of AUD physical and psychological growth as stated in the SISDIKNAS. However, empirical facts in the field, in general, the learning environment developed is still focused on efforts to design an indoor space. The purpose of this study was written to determine the extent to which the design and implementation of outdoor learning space concepts in the Integrated PAUD Al-Furqan Jember Study Group can be implemented. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative. With 3 stages, including: pre-field stage, field work, data analysis. To obtain the required data or information, the data source is determined. While the techniques used are: observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Then from the data obtained, the data is analyzed. The results of the data analysis were compiled in the form of a report using descriptive analysis techniques. Data reduction is closely related to the data analysis process. The findings show that the Integrated Learning Group (KB) Al-Furqan Jember, has implemented the outdoor learning space design in various learning activities, although conceptually it still needs to be further developed.   Abstrak Kebutuhan yang paling mendasar pada lembaga pendidikan adalah tentang ruang. Sesuai dengan tahap pekembangan anak pada usia dua sampai enam tahun merupakan tahapan sensorymotor. Konsep lingkungan pembelajaran berbasis bermain (play based learning), ruang luar (outdoor learning space) memberikan keluasan ajang bagi rangsangan tumbuh kembang fisik dan psikis AUD sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam UU Sisdiknas. Namun fakta empiris di lapangan, secara umum lingkungan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tersebut masih terfokus kepada upaya tata desain yang bersifat ruang dalam (indoor space). Tujuan penelitian ini ditulis, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana desain dan implementasi konsep-konsep out door learning space pada Kelompok Belajar (KB) PAUD Terpadu Al-Furqan Jember dapat terlaksana. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan 3 tahapan antara lain: tahap pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan dan analisa data. Untuk memperoleh data atau informasi yang diperlukan, maka ditentukan sumber data. Sedangkan teknik-teknik yang digunakan adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Kemudian dari data yang diperoleh, data tersebut dianalisis. Hasil analisis data tersebut disusun dalam bentuk laporan dengan teknik deskriptif analisis. Reduksi data berkaitan erat dengan proses analisis data.  Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Belajar (KB) Terpadu Al-Furqan Jember, telah mengimplementasikan desain ruang pembelajaran outdoor di dalam berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran, meski secara konseptual masih perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut

Abstract

Good linguistic verbal intelligence can help children develop speaking skills in front of others. And that will undoubtedly make interacting with the people around him easy. One way to create it is by using storytelling with pictures for children. This research is a case study conducted in a kindergarten in East Java, Indonesia. Researchers collect information using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study analyzes data by reducing, presenting, and concluding. Source and method triangulation is used to verify the correctness of the data. The results of this study are: (1) Planning for learning verbal-linguistic intelligence for children through the picture story method has been carried out through the preparation of semester, weekly, and even daily learning tools. (2) Implementation of verbal-linguistic intelligence learning with the picture story method can produce experiences more binding on children's active participation in class. This method is also proven to help students develop verbal-linguistic skills through understanding stories and mastering new vocabulary. c) evaluation of learning with the picture story method through making checklists, Likert scale questionnaires, and retelling activities. These techniques can simultaneously function as an assessment or diagnostic tool for verbal-linguistic abilities in children.   Abstrak Kecerdasan verbal linguistik yang baik dapat membantu anak mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara di depan orang lain. Dan hal itu tentunya akan memudahkan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang-orang disekitarnya. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkannya adalah dengan menggunakan metode bercerita bergambar untuk anak. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilakukan di sebuah taman kanak-kanak di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dengan cara mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menyimpulkan. Triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode digunakan untuk memverifikasi kebenaran data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran kecerdasan linguistik verbal untuk anak melalui metode cerita bergambar telah dilaksanakan melalui penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran semester, mingguan, bahkan harian. (2) Penerapan pembelajaran kecerdasan linguistik verbal dengan metode cerita bergambar dapat menghasilkan pengalaman yang lebih mengikat partisipasi aktif anak di kelas. Metode ini juga terbukti membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan linguistik verbal melalui pemahaman cerita dan penguasaan kosa kata baru. c) evaluasi pembelajaran dengan metode cerita bergambar melalui pembuatan daftar periksa, angket skala Likert, dan kegiatan menceritakan kembali. Teknik-teknik tersebut sekaligus dapat berfungsi sebagai asesmen atau alat diagnostik kemampuan linguistik verbal pada anak

Abstract

Students in developing the students' talents and interests. The aim of this research is to describe the process of planning, implementing and evaluating science extracurricular activities at the Nuris Jember Senior Secondary School. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research, using passive participant observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification steps. Data validity is carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. First, the research results show that planning for science extracurricular activities is said to improve when determining targets and analyzing tutor positions. secondly, the implementation of science extracurricular activities increases when coaching tutors in terms of performance, discipline as well as providing awards and motivation to tutors. Third, the evaluation of science extracurricular activities used is the performance assessment which is held at the end of the month, semester and end of the year.

Abstract

This study explores the mediating role of idiosyncratic risk in the relationship between company size, financial performance, and stock prices in the technology sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Secondary data were gained from the annual financial statements of technology companies conducted IPOs before 2019, excluding firms with negative equity or those under suspension, formed the basis for analysis. Path analysis using SPSS version 27 was employed to examine these relationships. The study found that company size positively and significantly have impacts on stock prices. Financial performance also shows a positive and significant influence on stock prices. Idiosyncratic risk partially mediates the relationship between company size and stock prices. Similarly, idiosyncratic risk mediates the link between financial performance and stock prices, highlighting the unique risks specific to each firm as critical factors influencing stock valuation. The study underscores the dual importance of company size and financial performance in driving stock prices while emphasizing the significant role of idiosyncratic risk in moderating these effects. These findings provide valuable insights for companies, investors, and policymakers to understand stock price fluctuations, particularly in the dynamic and high-risk technology sector. Practical implications include optimizing financial performance and managing firm-specific risks to enhance stock market performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of the Trilogy of Santri - responsibility for fardhu 'ain obligations, honesty in avoiding major sins, and noble character towards God and His creatures - at MI Raudhatul Muta'alimin Jember. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research explores the application of formal, hidden curriculum, and habituation programs in shaping student character. The results show that this integrative approach is effective in increasing students' awareness in carrying out religious obligations (85%), reducing dishonest behavior (decreased from 15% to 3%), and improving social interaction and environmental awareness (90%). This approach is supported by Kohlberg's moral development theory, Lickona's character education, and Gardner's multiple intelligences. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of a character education model based on pesantren values in the formal education system, especially at the primary education level.

Abstract

Leadership in the organization is necessary. The leadership of a person who has a leadership spirit allows the direction and goals of the organization to be oriented in accordance with the vision and mission. Leadership in the integrated pesantren variant is no exception. The spirit of leadership today in social organizations and educational institutions expects leadership that can provide feedback or a positive impact on the pattern of organizational development, especially in educational institutions. As reflected in the variant of the integrated pesantren, namely Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember. This research is to reveal how the perspective of Quranic leadership in the variant of integrated pesantren. The focus of the research uses the analytical knife of Cn Cooley's theory as well as several relevant theories. This type of research uses case studies. Data mining through observation, interviews, and documentation was then analyzed using the steps as presented by Miles and Huberman, namely condensation, display, conclusion, and verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the Qur'anic leadership perspective in the integrated pesantren variant implements the values ​​in the Qur'an and Hadith. These values ​​are categorized under the principles of Amanah, Khidmah, and Barokah.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease – 19 (Covid-19) pandemic provides remarkable changes and extraordinary impacts in various aspects of life. One of the impacts of the pandemic is the changes in interaction within societies. Previous conventional interaction was “forced” to shift to digital bases. This shift does not only occur in relationships between individuals in general but also in the relationships between individuals within an institution/community. This research will examine the shifting forms of interaction and communication due to the pandemic. The research focuses on student organizations namely PKPT IPNU-IPPNU UIN Malang. The researcher will examine about how the implementation of the annual programs at PKPT IPNU-IPPNU UIN Malang during the pandemic. In addition, the researcher will also examine the impacts that occur from the shifting of digitalization to the personal closeness between members and committees through the perspective of humanism. This research is field research with a case study approach. The researcher collects the required data through interview and documentary observation techniques. As a result, the implementation of the annual programs is indeed quite helpful by digital media. However, the level of solidarity and emotional closeness that should become the organization’s most important objectives tend to degrade and not achieved optimally. Pandemi Corona Virus Disease – 19 (Covid-19) memberikan banyak perubahan dan dampak luar biasa dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satu dampak dari adanya pandemi tersebut adalah perubahan bentuk interaksi yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat. Bentuk interaksi masyarakat yang sebelumnya berbasis konvensional “dipaksa” harus bergeser ke interaksi berbasis digital. Pergeseran ini tidak hanya terjadi pada hubungan antar individu secara general, namun juga hubungan antar individu dalam suatu lembaga/komunitas. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bentuk pergeseran interaksi dan komunikasi masyarakat akibat adanya pandemi. Penelitian memfokuskan pada lembaga atau organisasi mahasiswa yaitu PKPT IPNU-IPPNU UIN Malang. Peneliti akan mengkaji tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan program kerja PKPT IPNU-IPPNU UIN Malang pada masa pandemi. Selain itu, peneliti juga mengkaji dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pergeseran bentuk interaksi umanis digital tersebut terhadap kedekatan personal diantara anggota dan pengurus dalam perspektif umanism. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Peneliti mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan melalui teknik wawancara serta observasi dokumentasi. Hasilnya, pelaksanaan program kerja dalam organisasi memang cukup banyak terbantu dengan hadirnya media digital. Namun, tingkat solidaritas dan kedekatan emosional yang menjadi tujuan paling utama organisasi PKPT IPNU-IPPNU justru cenderung mengalami degradasi dan tidak tercapai secara maksimal.
