Abstract

Entrepreneurship improvement training aims to develop communication skills. Selok Awar-Awar Awar-Awar village, Pasirian Lumajang sub-district is a very potential tourist spot for people to entrepreneurship. By exploiting the potential of natural resources (SDA) and human resources (HR), it can be assured regional income will increase. In addition, by exploiting the natural potential, the field of work will increase and the unemployment rate will decrease. However, in reality people have not taken advantage of entrepreneurship opportunities as well as possible. This is due to their lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship. Most people tend to think only about how to create and process products, they are less concerned about how to promote their products to sell and excel in the market with a high price. For that, the need for training marketing the product with a persuasive language or with a language that can mensugesti consumers.

Abstract

Writing this study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and communication on employee performance. The background of this research is that employee performance is very important in organizations and institutions, where performance is the result of work that can be achieved either individually or in groups within an organization in accordance with their respective responsibilities. One of the successes or failures of an organization is the leadership that runs within the organization. A successful leader is a leader who is able to create good communication and encourage his subordinates by creating growth and development of employee performance. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Lumajang District Social Service as many as 40 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and the collection method is using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, while communication has no significant effect on employee performance at the Lumajang Regency Social Service.

Abstract

This research has the objective of developing a digital marketing strategy for micro, small and medium enterprises making semeru lumajang salak chips. The qualitative methodological approach is a research approach, in which the data collection process is carried out through the observations of research respondents to obtain meaning related to the essential phenomena that occur. The results of the research that has been carried out are "Implementation of the SOSTAC Method in Digital Marketing Innovation of Semeru Salak Chips Products in micro, small and medium enterprises". Limited resources in interpreting online marketing mechanisms is a major problem that needs to be resolved immediately. In this case it is necessary to increase through training activities that are relevant and useful and appropriate for Krisameru micro, small and medium enterprises. This research is limited to semeru salak chips produced by MK Food Indonesia's micro, small and medium enterprises, Lumajang. From the implementation of this research, it can be used as a benchmark for other products in carrying out digital marketing innovations in the era of the world economy 4.0 so that in the future this research will be useful for all business actors in developing their businesses which will then directly and indirectly benefit the community.

Abstract

Marketing is how to fulfill and satisfy the needs of consumers through various distribution channels, of course through the products offered. This research aims to determine the influence of brand packaging and product quality on purchasing decisions for packaged drinks from the Teh Puncak brand in Kencong sub-district, Jember Regency. Next, to find out which variables have the most influence on the decision to package the bud branded drink in Kencong sub-district, Jember Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained in this research was obtained from consumers who bought these products in the Kencong sub-district, Jember Regency. In determining the sample using slovin, and the results of determining the sample using slovin obtained 36 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results in this research show that the brand and product quality variables do not have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. Then the packaging variable is able to provide a significant positive impact on purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims to educate students through phenomena in the marketing field, incorporating market case studies into economic learning strategies in formal education. The focus of the research is to analyze the impact of packaging, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions of Teh Pucuk in Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach involving 150 respondents. The results show that only one independent variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study recommends using similar case studies to enrich the process of economics learning based on real market realities. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of more applied teaching materials at the senior high school level.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa melalui fenomena yang pada bidang pemasaran. Studi kasus pasar ke dalam strategi pembelajaran ekonomi pada tingkat pendidikan formal. Fokus penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh kemasan, merek, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Teh Pucuk di Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei pada 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Studi ini merekomendasikan penggunaan studi kasus serupa untuk memperkaya proses pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis realitas pasar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan materi ajar yang lebih aplikatif ditingkat sekolah menengah atas.

Abstract

Competition in the current work environment is increasingly fierce, this requires companies to continuously develop their businesses to be able to compete with other companies. Therefore, company management is needed, which is usually called Human Resources Management. This research aims to determine the effect of education and training on the quality of work of employees of Pt. Anugrah Mandiri Sejaterah which is located in Getem Village, Jember Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods sourced from internal data and external data that provide information about the company. Data collection methods include documentation and distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale used to determine the value of the answers given by respondents is a Likert scale with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the education obtained are that education partially influences the quality of employee work, training partially influences employee work quality, and simultaneously the two independent variables influence employee work quality)

Abstract

Essay writing is one of the most important competencies in the academic world, but many students still face difficulties in composing essays that are coherent, logical, and in accordance with language rules. This problem is often related to weak vocabulary and sentence structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of vocabulary proficiency and sentence structure on the essay writing ability of Widya Gama students. A quantitative approach was used, with multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between vocabulary proficiency, sentence structure, and essay writing ability. The results of the study indicate that both vocabulary proficiency and sentence structure significantly and positively influence students' essay writing ability. A strong vocabulary enables students to express their ideas more accurately, while effective sentence structure helps in organizing ideas logically and coherently.ABSTRAKKemampuan menulis esai merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam dunia akademik, namun masih banyak mahasiswa yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyusun esai yang runtut, logis, dan sesuai kaidah Bahasa. Permasalahan ini sering kali berkaitan dengan lemahnya penguasaan kosakata dan struktur kalimat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemahiran kosakata dan struktur kalimat terhadap kemampuan menulis esai mahasiswa Widya Gama. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kemahiran kosakata, struktur kalimat, dan kemampuan menulis esai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kemahiran kosakata maupun struktur kalimat secara signifikan positif mempengaruhi kemampuan menulis esai siswa. Kosa kata yang kuat memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengekspresikan ide-ide mereka dengan lebih tepat, sementara struktur kalimat yang efektif membantu dalam mengorganisir ide-ide secara logis dan koheren.
