Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of experience, length of service, training, and education level on employee performance at the Surakarta City Food Security and Agriculture Agency. This research method used a quantitative descriptive research design. The population of employees working at the Surakarta City Food Security and Agriculture Agency was 94 people. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with 54 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing and the discussion, it can be concluded that experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surakarta City Food and Agriculture Security Agency. Length of service has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surakarta City Food and Agriculture Security Agency. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surakarta City Food and Agriculture Security Agency. Education level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surakarta City Food and Agriculture Security Agency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, job placement, work environment, and career development on the job satisfaction of employees at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study consists of all civil servant employees (ASN) at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City, with a total of 54 respondents determined using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that, partially, work discipline, work environment, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job placement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City. Therefore, improving work discipline, creating a conducive work environment, and implementing well-planned career development programs can increase employee job satisfaction, even though job placement does not have a significant effect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially the variables of brand identity, brand communication, product quality and customer experience at Hotway's Chicken Solo. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study was 90 loyal customers of Hotway's Chicken Solo. The sampling technique used in this study is the survey approach technique with a sample of 90 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that brand identity, brand communication, product quality and customer experience simultaneously and significantly affected the customer loyalty at Hotway's Chicken Solo. Suggestions from this study are, for Hotway's Chicken Solo continues to improve Brand Identity, Brand Communication, Product Quality and Customer Experience so that it will make Customer Loyalty increase and be better than before.
