Abstract

The rapid expansion and inherent resource limitations of Internet of Things (IoT) devices necessitate robust, future-proof security solutions, particularly against sophisticated data integrity threats and the imminent risk of quantum computing attacks. This paper provides a systematic literature review (SLR) of the architectural integration of blockchain with quantum technologies (quantum key distribution (QKD) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC)) for a two-stage trust model in IoT communication. This review summarizes existing methods and answers three key research questions. The results show that permissioned blockchains are primarily used for trust management to ensure the non-repudiation and immutability of data. Notably, there is a clear dividing line in the application of quantum solutions: QKD is particularly suitable for securing high-capacity backbone communications (server gateways), whereas PQC (especially lattice-based algorithms such as Kyber and Dilithium) is the mainstream resource-efficient solution for IoT terminals. However, this integration also has significant drawbacks, such as high latency due to blockchain consensus mechanisms and increased memory and CPU requirements from PQC implementations. The main challenge is the lack of standardized protocols for integrating QKD key management with smart contract functionality. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of current architectures, assesses their performance trade-offs, and outlines a clear research agenda aimed at developing standardized hybrid protocols for future trusted IoT systems and optimizing resource-efficient, quantum-resistant consensus mechanisms.

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a public broadcaster that is facing many challenges in the digital age. These include going digital, creating sustainable business models, creating quality content, transparent and professional management, and developing skilled workers. This study sought new management ideas to make RRI more competitive and sustainable. Researchers have used a qualitative approach to review the books, journals, and documents of Indonesian public broadcasters. They collected and analysed the data and documents. Successful management requires creating engaging content, using digital technology, building sustainable business models, effectively managing resources, maintaining good governance, and forming partnerships. RRI needs to use digital technology wisely, find new funding sources, create content that attracts audiences, practice good governance, and train skilled workers to remain relevant and competitive. By focusing on these areas, RRI can improve its competitiveness and sustainability in the digital world. This study aimed to create a new management model and policy recommendations to strengthen the role of RRI in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively investigate the evolution and development of digital media in the context of broadcast radio communication. The main focus is directed toward the transition from analog radio broadcasting systems to digital and internet protocol (IP)-based platforms, which, while offering high efficiency, still present unique challenges for this century-old medium. The primary issue discussed is how the radio industry maintains its relevance, expands its reach, and monetizes content within an evolving and increasingly fragmented media landscape. By using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 25 primary studies published in the past decade, this research explores shifts in audience consumption patterns, innovations in business models, and the ways technology is implemented. The results show that Media Convergence and Uses and Gratifications Theory are highly significant in understanding the radio adaptation process. Key strategies include utilizing podcasting as an on-demand strategy and integrating social media to enhance storytelling and transmedia communication. These conclusions indicate how radio broadcasting has transformed from a linear pathway into an interactive, multi-channel symphony. This study makes an important contribution to the academic world by exploring both the theoretical and practical aspects of radio communication in the context of convergence, while also offering valuable guidance for policymakers and media professionals.
