Elementary school at SD Negeri 57 Pangkalpinang integrates character building through the pencak silat extracurricular program, recognized as a national cultural heritage. The focus of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the program's implementation to ensure alignment between planning and actual results. The research used a descriptive evaluative approach through the Stake model, which included analysis of antecedents, transactions, and outcomes, involving the principal, coaches, and parents. The findings revealed that at the antecedents stage, the program's objectives were not formally documented, and coaches needed to strengthen child-specific pedagogical competencies. In the transactions dimension, activities ran routinely twice a week with good interaction, although there were no standard operating procedures related to discipline. The outcomes showed that the program was highly effective in improving physical fitness and fostering discipline and sportsmanship in students, with adequate mastery of basic techniques. The main conclusion emphasized that although the pencak silat program had a positive impact on students' non-academic development, schools needed to immediately standardize the objective documents, improve training facilities, and set more competitive achievement targets. This systematic evaluation serves as a crucial foundation for school management to optimize the potential of local culture in realizing holistic, targeted, and sustainable character education so that it can provide real benefits for all school members in the future. ABSTRAK Pendidikan dasar di SD Negeri 57 Pangkalpinang mengintegrasikan pembinaan karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler pencak silat sebagai warisan budaya nasional. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan program tersebut untuk memastikan keselarasan antara perencanaan dan hasil nyata di lapangan. Langkah penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif evaluatif melalui model Stake yang mencakup analisis antecedents, transactions, dan outcomes dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, pelatih, serta orang tua siswa. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pada tahap antecedents, tujuan program belum terdokumentasi secara formal dan pelatih memerlukan penguatan kompetensi pedagogik khusus anak. Pada dimensi transactions, kegiatan berjalan rutin dua kali seminggu dengan interaksi yang baik, meskipun belum memiliki standar operasional prosedur terkait kedisiplinan. Hasil capaian atau outcomes menunjukkan bahwa program ini sangat efektif meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani serta membentuk karakter disiplin dan sportivitas peserta didik, dengan penguasaan teknik dasar yang memadai. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa meskipun program pencak silat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan nonakademik siswa, sekolah perlu segera melakukan standarisasi dokumen tujuan, melengkapi sarana latihan, dan menetapkan target prestasi yang lebih kompetitif. Evaluasi sistematis ini menjadi landasan krusial bagi manajemen sekolah guna mengoptimalkan potensi budaya lokal dalam mewujudkan pendidikan karakter yang holistik, terarah, dan berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat nyata bagi seluruh warga sekolah di masa depan.
