Abstract

This activity is carried out with the aim of raising awareness among the community of Pelajau Ilir Village about the importance of exploring both personal and environmental potentials, thereby creating opportunities in the form of business ideas. The form of this activity is to socialize with the community about the importance of exploring potentials, utilizing the surrounding environment to create opportunities for progress towards a better life. This is done because there is still reluctance among the community to improve socio-economic life, and self-empowerment has not been fully implemented. So far, most residents of Pelajau Ilir Village have relied solely on one source of income, which is rubber plantations dependent on nature alone. Through this Community Service activity 'Exploring Potentials and Business Ideas', it is hoped that information on how communities can be motivated to progress and utilize local opportunities will be obtained. The implementation of this activity is carried out by disseminating information on how to explore personal potentials, local environmental potentials, and utilize opportunities to generate business ideas. The result of this activity is that the community gains a better understanding of the importance of exploring potentials, creating business ideas for additional income, and improving their quality of life. Additionally, this activity is expected to serve as a recommendation and guidance for the local government or relevant agencies to direct or empower communities to develop themselves, and provide facilities and support to create self-reliant communities.

Abstract

Effective human resource management strategies in the digital era play a crucial role in increasing economic productivity. This article discusses the importance of digital skills development, work culture transformation, and technology adoption in HR management. Investment in digital training enables the workforce to stay relevant to market needs, while an innovative and flexible work culture drives productivity and work-life balance. In addition, the use of technologies such as human resource management systems and data analytics provides significant operational efficiencies. Implementing these strategies also requires adaptive leadership that is able to inspire teams and encourage cross-functional collaboration. While there are challenges, such as skills gaps and technology access, a holistic approach involving various stakeholders can help overcome these obstacles. This article concludes that digital-based human resource strategies not only increase organizational competitiveness but also have a positive impact on society, create more inclusive employment opportunities, and drive sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Whatever its shape and nature, organizational transformation will always be subject to change and will continue to evolve. The needs of the company where a someone works will impact their own needs, and vice versa. People and the organizations they work for are two sides of a coin that are inextricably linked and both require change. Poerwanto went on to say that corporations are currently dealing with the problem of constant worldwide change in a variety of spheres of existence. Organizations nowadays must prioritize being able to work more efficiently, quickly, and competitively. In the business world, competition is getting tougher day by day. To be able to compete, companies must be able to innovate and follow the latest trends. Business innovation is the main key in winning competition and remaining relevant in an ever- changing market. The main drivers of organizational transformation for the purpose of enhancing human resource capabilities are the competitiveness, globalization, market shifts, and ongoing technological advancements in corporate organizations. To gain a competitive advantage, organizations need to enhance their capabilities. This claim suggests that the foundation for enhancing the caliber of human resources in navigating change waves is transformation, also referred to as organizational change. This paper was written using a literature review methodology. The act of gathering, evaluating, and assembling data from dependable sources that is pertinent to the subject under discussion is known as a literature review. This research discusses the challenges of winning competition in business, strategies for winning competition in business, and the implications of internal transformation for winning competition in business.
