<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan 1 untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe 2 untuk mengetahui pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe 3 untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Partisipasi Anggota secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe < p> Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dimana instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang telah diujicobakan serta memenuhi syarat uji validitas dan reabilitas Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi korelasi sederhana dan berganda Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi yang ada di KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe Akan tetapi yang menjadi populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu anggota koperasi yang berada di desa Bungalawang sebanyak 63 anggota Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang < p> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: nbsp; 1 nbsp;terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe 2 terdapat pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe 3 nbsp;terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Partisipasi Anggota secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe < p> Kata < strong>K< strong>unci:< strong> nbsp;< strong>Kualitas Pelayanan Partisipasi Anggota Kinerja < p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This study aims 1 to determine the effect of service quality on the performance of the KUD Evidence Kuma Management Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency 2 to determine the effect of Member Participation on the Performance of the KUD Evidence Kuma Management Unit Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency 3 to determine The influence of Service Quality and Member Participation together on the Performance of KUD Evidence Kuma Management Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency < em>< p> The method in this study uses a survey research method where the research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested and meets the requirements of validity and reliability tests Data were analyzed using regression analysis simple and multiple correlations The population in this study were all members of the cooperative in KUD Evidence Kuma Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency However the target population in this study is the 63 members of the cooperative in Bungalawang village The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5 with a total sample of 55 people < em>< p> The results of the study indicate that: 1 there is an effect of Service Quality on the Performance of KUD Evidence Kuma Management Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency 2 there is an effect of Member Participation on the Performance of KUD Evidence Kuma Sub district Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency 3 there is an influence between Service Quality and Member Participation together on the Performance of the KUD Evidence Kuma Management Tabukan Tengah District Sangihe Islands Regency < em>< p> Keywords: < strong>Service Quality Member Participation Performance < p>]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado < p> Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert Responden penelitian sebanyak 87 guru yang ditarik secara proporsional random sampling Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana dan regresi dan korelasi ganda < p> Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah 1 gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado 2 kohesivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado 3 gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado < p> Kata Kunci:< strong> Kepuasan kerja guru Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kohesivitas < p> < p> < p> This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and cohesiveness either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City < p> The method used in this study is a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool arranged in the form of a Likert scale The research respondents were 87 teachers who were drawn proportionally by random sampling The analysis used to test the research hypothesis is regression analysis techniques and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlation < p> The conclusions of this study are 1 transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City 2 cohesiveness has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City 3 transformational leadership style and cohesiveness simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City < p> Keywords:< strong> teacher job satisfaction transformational leadership style cohesiveness< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Dan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMP Kristen Rurukan Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII di SMP Kristen Rurukan yaitu berjumlah 55 siswa Sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik proposional sampling Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Teknik kuisioner angket Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa: 1 ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 33 3 ; 2 ada pengaruh model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 39 5 ; 3 ada pengaruh antara keterampilan mengajar guru dan model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 83 3 < p>]]>
