Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah implementasi digital marketing pada usaha rumah kayu woloan. Fokus penelitian meliputi bagaimana penerapan digital marketing faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta efektivitasnya dibandingkan metode pemasaran tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung kepada Pebisnis rumah kayu woloan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa digital marketing berpotensi memperluas jangkauan pasar, termasuk ke luar daerah dan mancanegara, meskipun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada media sosial tanpa strategi kompleks seperti SEO atau iklan berbayar. Faktor pendukung utama adalah kemudahan akses teknologi dan kesadaran pengusaha akan pentingnya pemasaran digital, sedangkan keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi dan persaingan yang ketat menjadi penghambat utama. Digital marketing terbukti lebih efektif dalam menjangkau pasar luas dibandingkan pemasaran tradisional, namun peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan digital sangat diperlukan. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Digital Marketing, Usaha rumah Kayu Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine how digital marketing is implemented in the woloan wooden house business. The focus of the study includes how the implementation of digital marketing, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with woloan wooden house businessmen. The results of the study show that digital marketing has the potential to expand market reach, including outside the region and abroad, although its use is still limited to social media without complex strategies such as SEO or paid advertising. The main supporting factors are easy access to technology and entrepreneurs' awareness of the importance of digital marketing, while limited technological knowledge and tight competition are the main obstacles. Digital marketing has proven to be more effective in reaching a wide market than traditional marketing, but increasing understanding and digital skills is needed.
