Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and social environmental factors on consumption behaviour of Economics Faculty of Economics students of Manado State University. The design of this study using the quantitative approach with survey method, with the number of samples is 67 students as respondents through proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire with a Likert scale which then tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include 1) Descriptive analysis; 2) Classical assumption test, and 3) Multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1). There is a significant influence on financial literacy and student consumption behaviour, with the influence of financial literacy on student consumption behaviour of 54.4%; 2). There is a significant influence on social environment factor with student consumption behaviour, with the influence of social environment factor to student consumption behaviour equal to 37.5%; and 3). There is the influence of variable of financial literacy and social environment factor to student consumption behaviour variable with a contribution equal to 78.6%. Conclusion, partially or simultaneously financial literacy and social environmental factors have a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of students of Economics Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Manado.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada Mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi Angkatan 2018 yang berjumlah 80 orang. Sementara sempel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. 2) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. 3) Efikasi diri dan Kemandirian belajar secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population in this study were 80 students majoring in economics education class 2018. While the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Literasi Ekonomi dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga Smk Negeri 2 Tondano. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 80 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear ganda, dan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Literasi Ekonomi terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Jurusan AKL SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, yang berarti Ha1 diterima. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa semakin baik Penerapan Literasi Ekonomi yang diberikan maka akan meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Belajar terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Jurusan AKL SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, yang berarti Ha2 diterima. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa semakin terjangkaunya Motivasi Belajar, Sehingga dapat memperkecil kekecewaan dan meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Literasi Ekonomi dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Jurusan AKL SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, secara simultan yang berarti Ha3 dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kata Kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Belajar, Efektivitas Pembelajaran ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and learning motivation on the effectiveness of students' learning in the Department of Financial Accounting and Smk Negeri 2 Tondano. This research method is a survey method with a sample of 80 students. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire technique (questionnaire), observation and documentation. The research results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, and simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Economic Literacy on the Learning Effectiveness of Students in the AKL Department of SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, which means Ha1 is accepted. This illustrates that the better the application of economic literacy is given, it will increase the effectiveness of student learning. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Learning Motivation on Learning Effectiveness of Students of AKL Department at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, which means Ha2 is accepted. This illustrates that the more affordable learning motivation is, so that it can reduce disappointment and increa-se the effectiveness of student learning. (3) There is a significant effect between Economic Literacy and Learning Motivation on the Learning Effectiveness of Students in the AKL Department of SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, simultaneously, which means that Ha3 in this study is accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the social perceptions of the millennial generation in implementing the adaptation of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods. The online survey was selected using the google form application. The data were taken from 400 respondents of State Higher Education (PTN) students in North Sulawesi as representatives of the millennial generation. The google form application is used to distribute questionnaires to target respondents. From the results of this survey, it can be explained that when the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Sulawesi millennial generation responded by perceiving several things that had been conveyed. Millennial generation respondents indicate that the level of millennial optimism for the sustainability of this life is well felt. Respondents positively respond to an optimistic attitude that routine millennial activities can still be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. Millennials in North Sulawesi also believe that the central and local governments can handle this pandemic.

Abstract

All administrative staff of the GMIM Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital have their respective job descriptions that have been determined by the hospital management, but the implementation has not been carried out optimally. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still complaints of dissatisfaction from the community regarding the services provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between competence, motivation, workload and leadership with the performance of administrative staff at the General Hospital GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all administrative staff at the General Hospital GMIM Bethesda Tomohon with a total of 54 employees. The data were collected by using a questionnaire filled out by the employees themselves, and the data were analyzed univariately through a frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression method. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between competence, motivation, workload dan leadership with staff performance dan there is a most dominant variable on the performance of administrative staff is leadership.Keywords: Competency, Leadership Motivation, Performance, Workload.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan 40 sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) variabel Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 19,44%, thitung= 3,030 > ttabel = 2,024 dan fhitung = 54,88 >ftabel 4,08. (2) variabel Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 22,27%, thitung= 3,301> ttabel = 2,024 dan fhitung = 56,27>ftabel4,08. (3) variabel Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota sebesar 80,65%, dan fhitung = 7,86 >ftabel 3,25. Tcount 3,301 > ttable= 2,024 and fcount = 56,27 > ftable 4,08. (3). The variables of the school Environment and Family Environment have a positive and significanteffect on the Learning Achievement of class X Students of Smk Fajar Moyongkota vocational School as large as 80,65%, and fcount =7,86 > ftable 3,25. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional di desa tombatu. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sempel 56 pedagang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner dan (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: 1) modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional didesa tombatu sebesar 75,07% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 12,75 > 2,004 . 2) jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional didesa tombatu sebesar 43,05% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 6,389 > 2,001 . 3) modal dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar tradisional didesa tombatu sebesar 74,53% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 29.39 > 3,17.Kata kunci :modal, jam kerja, dan pendapatan. ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the effect of capital and working hours on the income of traditional market traders in Tombatu village. This research method is a survey method with a total of 56 traders. The techniques used in data collection are questionnaire and questionnaire techniques and documentation. The results of the study were analyzed by double linear regression analysis methods, simple correlation analysis and double correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of traditional market traders in Tombatu village by 75.07% with the number of tcount > ttable = 12.75 > 2,004 . 2) hours apositive and significant effect on the income of traditional market traders in Tombatu by 43.05% with the number of tcount > ttable = 6,389 > 2,001 . 3) capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect on the income of traditional market traders in Tombatu village by 74.53% with the number of tcalculate > ttable = 29.39 > 3.17.Keywords: capital, working hours, and income.

Abstract

The problem with teachers in general is that they have not fully mastered the use of technology in learning. To evaluate the effect of teacher work motivation and organizational support on the application of technology is the goal to be achieved in this study. This study used a quantitative method, namely explanatory research. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Test method with validity and reliability tests. Validity test to correlate questions with the total score of each variable. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results of the study show that partially the teacher's work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the successful application of technology by 9.2%. Then the support of school organizations partially has a positive and significant effect on the successful application of technology by 36.7%. Simultaneously work motivation and organizational support affect the success of applying technology in learning by 59%. Compared to teacher motivation, school support in the form of infrastructure services, availability of computers, internet networks makes a greater contribution to improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penyerapan anggaran pada Satuan kerja Universitas Negeri Manado dan Untuk mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan serapan anggaran Di Universitas Negeri Manado. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode peneltian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dalam proses penyerapan anggaran di Universitas negeri Manado. Adapun Hasil penelitian yang di hasilkan antara lain teridentifikasinya permasala han serapan anggaran pada satker Universitas Negeri Manado Yang tidak masksimal akibat dari perencenaan anggaran, pengadaan barang dan jasa serta faktor sumber daya manusia yang mengelola anggaran yang kurang maksimal dalam pengelolaannya. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program kampus mengajar di sekolah SD Negeri Kecil Lalumpe Tulaun. Adapun tujuan diadakannya Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 3 tahun 2022 yaitu, Menyukseskan program kampus merdeka yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi kemajuan pendidikan nasional, Memberikan wadah pengabdian bagi mahasiswa untuk menerapkan berbagai kajian, kreativitas, dan inovasi kepada sekolah SDN Kecil Lalumpe Tulaun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah SD Negeri Kecil Lalumpe Tulaun yang berada di kecamatan kombi sudah cukup baik meskipun di sekolah tersebut masih ada fasilitas yang kurang lengkap serta ruang kelas yang masih terbatas, sehingga harus menggunakan model kelas rangkap. Kata kunci : Implementasi, Program Kampus Mengajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the campus teaching program at SD Negeri Kecil Lalumpe Tulaun. The purpose of holding the Teaching Campus Batch 3 in 2022 is to succeed in the independent campus program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, to make a real contribution to the advancement of national education, to provide a place of service for students to apply various studies, creativity and innovation. to the Lalumpe Tulaun Small Elementary School. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the SD Negeri Kecil Lalumpe Tulaun school in the Kombi sub-district was quite good even though the school still had incomplete facilities and limited classrooms, so it had to use a multi-class model.
