Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Tombulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru mata pelajaran serta peserta didik kelas XI MPLB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model PBL mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan diskusi kelompok, pemecahan masalah kontekstual, dan presentasi hasil kerja. Keaktifan siswa mengalami peningkatan yang terlihat dari partisipasi aktif, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, kemampuan bekerja sama, serta keberanian dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Keaktifan Siswa ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving student activity in the Office Management and Business Services Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 1 Tombulu. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study consisted of subject teachers and class XI MPLB students. The results of the study showed that the use of the PBL model encouraged students to be more active in the learning process through group discussion activities, contextual problem solving, and presentation of work results. Student activity increased as seen from active participation, high curiosity, ability to work together, and courage in expressing opinions. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Student Activity
