Abstract: Marble industry produces solid waste in the form of cuts and fragments that are often not handled optimally, causing environmental problems and factory layout issues. The main problems found in marble factories are production layouts that have not been integrated with a waste management system, indicated by a large distance between production machines and waste holding facilities, overlapping material circulation flows, and a non-linear water circulation and water treatment system. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with an exploratory study approach through direct observation of production flow, literature study, and facility layout analysis. The results showed that the spatial integration between the production zone, the waste holding zone, and the water treatment system was able to reduce scattered waste by up to ±20%, reduce water consumption by up to ±15%, and increase the efficiency of production workflow. These findings confirm that layout optimization plays an important role in supporting the principles of sustainable industrial architecture in marble factories. Abstrak: Industri marmer menghasilkan limbah padat berupa potongan dan pecahan yang sering tidak tertangani secara optimal sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan dan tata ruang pabrik. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan pada pabrik marmer adalah penataan ruang produksi yang belum terintegrasi dengan sistem penanganan limbah, ditandai dengan jarak yang jauh antara mesin produksi dan fasilitas penampungan limbah, alur sirkulasi material yang saling berpotongan, serta sistem sirkulasi air dan water treatment yang tidak linear. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analisis dengan pendekatan studi eksploratif melalui observasi langsung pada alur produksi, studi literatur, serta analisis tata letak fasilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi spasial antara zona produksi, zona penampungan limbah, dan sistem pengolahan air mampu mengurangi limbah tercecer hingga ±20%, menurunkan konsumsi air hingga ±15%, serta meningkatkan efisiensi alur kerja produksi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi tata ruang berperan penting dalam mendukung prinsip arsitektur industri berkelanjutan pada pabrik marmer.
