Abstract

The quality assurance system at Higher Education (especially in STKIP PGRI Tulungagung) is a must that must be done systemically, planning and sustainable through the establishment, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement of National Education Standards. In its implementation, the quality assurance system at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung has not run in accordance with the demands of the rules that are planned in a planned and consistent manner so that quality assurance is carried out sporadically.The study used a qualitative approach with the research subjects being policy makers (Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and Head of the Quality Assurance Agency), as well as the academics of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung, data collection techniques, using observation, interviewing, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models. And in checking the validity of the data, researchers extended their participation, observation persistence, triangulation and peer discussion.The results show that; first, quality assurance at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung has been carried out through the STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Education Quality Assurance Agency, while the quality assurance activities at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung are oriented towards strengthening and fulfilling the accreditation of study programs; second, the factors that become obstacles in quality assurance at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung are (a) the unavailability of quality manual documents; (b) the low level of leadership and academics, (c) human resources, (d) commitment, third communication technology systems, as well as strategies for improving quality assurance that must be carried out by institutions namely through meeting national quality standards.The findings above are recommended; first, to the leadership of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung to improve insight, commitment and quality awareness as well quality culture through establishment, implementation and evaluation, control and increase in the National Standards for Higher Education in the STKIP PGRI Tulungagung environment

Abstract

One effort to improve the quality of mathematics learning is to provide teaching materials that are appropriate to the classroom situation. The purpose of this development research is to produce teaching materials in the form of Graf Theory textbooks which are expected to help improve student activity. The research method used follows the design of the ADDIE model. The results of the study are that the draft Theory Graf textbook prepared can be used as a textbook. This can be done because all validators state that the quality of the textbooks that are made includes good and very good categories. Furthermore, by paying attention to the comments, input / suggestions from the validators, the teaching book is revised again so that it becomes more perfect and finally can be legalized into a textbook ready for use by Mathematics Education lecturers and students as one of the learning resources for graph theory courses. Besides that the resulting textbooks are expected to overcome the lack of teaching materials available at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Mathematics Education Study Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing mix used in the Astina Store and the role of HR and the use of technology in the Astina Store which is used as a strategy to increase sales. So that Toko Astina can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic and from the many competitors with similar businesses in the area. The method in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that of the four marketing mixes that have been used as a strategy to increase sales, they have been used properly. However, there are still some marketing mixes that have not been used optimally, such as promotion, human resources, and the use of technology which has not been used optimally so that business owners can still develop new strategies by combining the strategies that have been used with new strategies that are by the times so that the right and effective combination can be obtained to increase sales at the Astina Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Internal and external factors affect student interest, the research subjects consisted of 11 active students of the Economic Education study program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach at Bhinneka PGRI University, Tuungagung. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques with interactive models carried out in four stages, namely: data collection, data display, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed:  Internal factors that influence students' decisions in the Economic Education study program are interest, self-potential, motivation,job opportunities, encouragement from family, the image of the university has a positive impact on students' interest in choosing the Economic Education study program, while social environmental factors and scholarships do not have a significant effect on students' interest. A strategy is needed to improve the image of the study program as an effort to make prospective students interested and confident in choosing the Economic Education study program at Bhinneka PGRI University.

Abstract

The research began due to the decline in the number of visitors at Kala cafe, so the researcher wanted to investigate the cause of this phenomenon. The researcher found a number of facts obtained from Instagram accounts and maps showing responses from Kala cafe visitors, so the researcher set the focus of the research on product quality, service quality, and repurchase intention. This study aims to investigate the positive impact of service quality and product quality on repurchase intention and to determine the influence of service quality and product quality simultaneously and significantly on repurchase intention. This study applies a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and randomly drawn samples. The research findings show that quality service has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, with a regression coefficient value for service quality (X1) of 0.329 and a probability value of 0.000 < a significance level of 0.05. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention with a regression coefficient value of 0.536 and a probability value of 0.000 < a significance level of 0.05. Service quality and product quality are proven to simultaneously influence repurchase intention with a P value of 0.000 < a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing student satisfaction at private universities in the Tulungagung Regency area, viewed from the perspective of service quality. The research was conducted as a multisite study involving three institutions: Bhinneka PGRI University, Hutama Abdi Husada Health College, and Tulungagung University. The background of this research stems from various student complaints regarding staff responsiveness, damaged facilities, and suboptimal academic services. The study employed a qualitative approach using a multisite case study method. The analyzed service quality factors include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that students still face several issues related to campus services, particularly in facility provision and staff attitudes. Nevertheless, some students expressed satisfaction with certain aspects such as scholarship programs, self-development activities, and faculty support. The study concludes that improving both service quality and facility availability is essential to enhance student satisfaction in private higher education institutions.

Abstract

Canva is a visual design application used in learning to increase students interest and participation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Canva in enhancing students’ learning interest in the Entrepreneur 1 course. The research was conducted at Universitas Bhinneka PGRI with subjects being 8th-semester students of the Economics Education program in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of Canva can enhance students’ attention to the material, improve conceptual understanding, and encourage active participation through presentation tasks and business idea visualizations. However, overly crowded designs may distract students’ focus, indicating the need for a balance between content and visuals.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Semester VIII Universitas Bhinneka PGRI mengenai penggunaan fasilitas kampus dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap fasilitas yang disediakan oleh kampus, termasuk ruang kelas yang nyaman, laboratorium yang lengkap, dan perpustakaan dengan koleksi buku yang memadai. Mahasiswa merasa bahwa fasilitas-fasilitas ini sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memberikan kenyamanan selama proses belajar. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa, seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, terutama saat digunakan secara bersamaan oleh banyak mahasiswa, serta kurangnya pemeliharaan pada beberapa fasilitas. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak universitas dalam upaya meningkatkan fasilitas kampus agar lebih mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa secara optimal. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Mahasiswa, Fasilitas Kampus, Pembelajaran, Kepuasan, Pendidikan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat besar saat ini, telah membawa perubahan yang sangat pesat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan kampus merdeka di Universitas Bhinneka PGRI, untuk mengetahui minat dan keterlibatan mahasiswa pada program kampus mengajar di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan kampus merdeka di Universitas Bhinneka PGRI telah berjalan dengan baik karena bisa dilihat saat ini sudah banyak mahasiswa yang mengikuti program kampus merdeka. Keterlibatan mahasiswa di kampus mengajar angkatan 6 yaitu meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa serta mengajarkan siswa dalam hal teknologi dan membantu administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Responding to the increasingly stringent developments in the business world, entrepreneurs must plan the right strategy so that their business continues to exist. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of the "Farisa Craft" business owner is in maintaining the existence of his business. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, FGD and documentation. The results showed that the strategies used by Farisa Craft to survive were marketing strategies, product innovation and branding. In product innovation, farisa created 5 new variations of the coconut coir pot model, one of which is kokedama. In the marketing strategy, the potential targets targeted by farisa craft are the flower lover community and civil servants. One of the Farisa Craft promotions is Sales Promotion. Meanwhile branding is done by making marketing videos, endorsements, maintaining product and service quality.
