Abstract

ABSTRAK Proper planning of health human resources (HHR) is essential to support the quality and efficiency of medical record services in hospitals. A mismatch between workload and staffing levels has the potential to reduce the quality of medical record management. This study aims to analyze HHR needs at the Medical Records Unit of RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara using the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method. This study is a quantitative research with descriptive analytic design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review, then analyzed based on the ABK-Kes calculation guidelines of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that the HHR needs in the Outpatient Registration Unit, Inpatient Unit, and Emergency Unit were 7 people, the Assembling Unit 7 people, the Indexing Unit 3 people, the Coding Unit 7 people, and the Filing Unit 8 people. An imbalance in the distribution of HHR was found, where the registration unit had excess personnel, while the assembling, indexing, coding, and filing units experienced a lack of personnel, which is an indication that the planning and distribution of HHR in the Medical Records Installation is not yet optimal. Adjustments and redistribution of HHR based on actual workload are needed to improve the efficiency and quality of medical record services.

Abstract

The lifestyle of a large number of young women from various regions with different behaviors, habits, and knowledge in Islamic boarding schools often results in the emergence of various health problems. One of them is the lack of personal hygiene, which the limited facilities and the simultaneous use of toilet facilities by many people cause. Lack of personal hygiene in adolescent girls will trigger various reproductive health problems, including the occurrence of reproductive tract infections with the main symptom of vaginal discharge (fluoralbus). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about fluoralbus and the personal hygiene behavior of adolescent female students of the “X” Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh, Purwokerto. This study is a quantitative research with a correlational descriptive design. The research sample consisted of 72 adolescent female students of the “X” Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh, Purwokerto, which was taken with a systematic random sampling technique. Univariate analysis uses frequency distribution and percentage for each variable, and bivariate analysis uses the Chi-Square Test. The results showed that the majority of adolescent female students had sufficient knowledge about fluoralbus (63,9%), and had negative personal hygiene behaviors (91,7%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed a p-value of 0,573 (> 0,005), which means that there was no significant relationship between knowledge about fluoralbus and personal hygiene behavior of adolescent female students of the “X” Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh, Purwokerto.
