Abstract

Islam is the only perfect religion that governs all human life and the universe including human economic activities are also regulated in Islam with the Divine principle. In the world of business, in Indonesia there is often a sale and purchase of dirt, while animal waste is basically a dirty object that is not desirable, but with the advancement of science and technology, it turns out that animal dung has many benefits. Based on the above facts, the author wants to examine and discuss and know the problem and then compiled it into a scientific work entitled: "ethics of buying cow dung in the Islamic view in the Village Pandanarum Kecamtan Tempeh". This research uses Descriptive Qualitative Method, with case study approach. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis using field descriptive analysis. The conclusion of the research is: 1) The results of the research that the author did in the ethics of buying and selling cow dung that is happening in the Village pandanarum, do not apply the ethics of buying cow dung karna in this case there are still people who sell sell cattle dung. 2) The sale and purchase of cow dung in the view of Islam is in accordance with Islamic Shari'ah because in this case the community has granted or menysugahkan cow dung 3) Ethical sale of cow dung in the view of Islam in the Village Pandanraum kecamtan Tempeh not apply the ethics of buying and selling cow dung because in this case masyarakt still do not know about the ethics in accordance with the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet customer base expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effect of prices on customer satisfaction (3) to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Lumajang personnel. The population in this study were Umrah members from 2015 to 2017 at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Ihsan Lumajang. Samples were determined by the technique of sample areas with 147 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument tests (validity and reliability testing), simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficients using the SPSS program. The results of this study obtained a simple linear regression equation Y = 2.322+ 0.173 X1 + 0.742 X2. (1) There is an influence between the quality of service partially with a value of t = 2.831. (2) There is a price effect on customer satisfaction partially with a value of t = 10,649. (3) Overall service quality and prices affect customer satisfaction by 55.8%. Based on the results of the above research it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Amanah Fadlilah Lumajang personnel.

Abstract

Recent trends in the financial sector and services increasingly emphasize the importance of financial literacy. The 2019 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK) showed a financial literacy index of 38.03% and a financial inclusion index of 76.19%. This shows that Indonesian society in general does not yet properly understand the characteristics of various financial products and services offered by formal financial service institutions, even though financial literacy is an important skill in the context of community empowerment, individual welfare, consumer protection and increasing financial inclusion. Apart from financial literacy which must be improved, people's lifestyles also need to be known, because lifestyles related to money will influence a person's economic behavior. Economic behavior is also greatly influenced by a person's level of faith. The aim of this research is: to explore the influence of sharia financial literacy of Kyai Syarifuddin Foundation employees on their interest in using financial institutions. Sharia. to explore the influence between the lifestyle of Kyai Syarifuddin Foundation employees on their interest in using Sharia Financial Institutions. To explore the influence between the religiosity of Kyai Syarifuddin Foundation employees on their interest in using Sharia Financial Institutions. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of this research: There is a partial influence by the Islamic financial literacy variable on interest in using Sharia Financial Institutions. There is a partial influence by lifestyle variables on interest in using Sharia Financial Institutions. There is no partial influence of the religiosity variable on interest in using Sharia Financial Institutions.
