Abstract

In today's globalization era companies be demanded must be able to compete with competitors who certainly not only sourced from domestic but also have to compete with competitors from abroad. The increasingly tight competition is what makes the business people must have quality human resources so that it has a good production process so that the productivity of the company can be realized. Human resources are key in every organization whether in the realm of education, politics, social, more so the business environment. although not as spaciously ancient time for its role in doing business activities but the role of human resources is quite significant and sometimes can't replaced in certain domain. Therefore, human resources as should be properly managed to function so always be productive and generate more profit for the company. Trend of human resource management in the contemporary era provides a new paradigm using information technology, so it’s very helpful in managing human resources.

Abstract

Indonesia's bureaucratic administration is quite famous for its complexity. Starting from the procedures it is long and many of them, so the service that is less efficient in serving many people. Nowadays, until technology enters the modern era in driver’s licence management, services are still not optimal, because technology is only limited to being glanced at without being touched and considered to be improved to control service efficiency. Brokers are here to sneak in, offering convenience, speed to prospective driver’s licence applicants, so that transactions can be made between them. However, this incident made it unclear for the community. On the other hand, the actions of brokers are very helpful for driver’s licence applicants in their management. With the phenomenological qualitative methodology, it will be illustrated that the contract exists between the two parties (brokers and service users), because the clarity of a contract is the most important thing to tie cooperation between fellow social beings so that no one is harmed and is not partial. This research was conducted at the Demak Resort Police with a phenomenological approach and using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the contract that exists between the driver’s licence broker and service users in the management of the driver’s licence is the Ijarah Agreement. And this contract transaction is a legal thing. In general, the process of the driver’s licence management mechanism by brokers is haram. Because there is an element of risywah or bribery in the mechanism.

Abstract

This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Capital structure is a combination of long-term debt and the company's own capital in the form of retained earnings and the issuance of shares. This study aims to determine the effect of size, asset structure, and profitability on the capital structure of companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70. Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) is a sharia stocks index that was just launched in 2018. This research design is quantitative. The population in this study is companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 during the 2018 period. The sample in this study was 51 company stocks. The techniques in this study are classic assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Asset Structure affects the capital structure. While profitability and size do not affect capital structure.

Abstract

Competition of financial institutions is so tight, however the development of sharia banking the longer shows that the positive trend cann’t be separated from the role of account officers who are important marketing figures in providing information and education to the society. Banks as financial institutions that produce financial services desperately need account officers to introduce the advantages of Sharia Banks such as mudhorobah financing, salam, Istishna'and other products such as wadi'ah, ijarah, wakalah, kafalah, hawalah, rahn, as-sharf and qard.The interpersonal ability of the communication account officer is a necessity that must always be improved considering that the spearhead of banking is in the hands of the account officer. An Account Officer (AO) must be able to attract prospective customers by optimizing interpersonal communication skills with good so that customers are interested in using Sharia Bankproducts. By optimizing the interpersonal communication capabilities possessed by account officers, of course, it will be able to influence customers and create demand to for Shariah Bank products.

Abstract

Today's era of globalization, companies are required to be able to compete with competitors who of course not only come from within the country but also have to compete with competitors from abroad. This increasingly fierce competition makes business people must have quality human resources so that they have a good production process so that company productivity can be realized. Human resources are the key in every organization, the implementation of proper human resource management will make the company's research capability a competitive advantage for the company. which in turn will become a valuable long-term asset for the company. Although the role of human resources management in carrying out business activities is not as extensive as in the past, the role of human resources is quite significant and sometimes cannot be replaced in certain domains. Therefore, human resources should be managed according to their function so that they are always productive and generate more profit for the company. The trend of human resource management in the contemporary era provides a new paradigm by using information technology, so it is very helpful in managing existing human resources for companies

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan menganalisis permasalahan sistem keuangan masjid, merancang desain akuntansi keuangan masjid yang selaras dengan kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat setempat dengan tetap sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, serta mengimplementasikan dan pendampingan dilakukan dengan penerapan sistem akuntansi masjid. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Community Development Practice yang diadaptasi dari Vincent II, J.W. Jack merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan pengembangan masyarakat yang diarahkan pada peningkatan akses guna mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik. Community Development dengan tiga persyaratan yaitu berbasis pada masyarakat (community based), berbasis sumber daya setempat (local resource based) dan berkelanjutan (suistainable). Langkah-langkah kegiatan yaitu pembentukan tim, perumusan tujuan, identifikasi stakeholder, pengumpulan dan analisis kebutuhan, penentuan prioritas dan solusi masalah, persiapan, implementasi, pendampingan, review dan evaluasi serta penentuan kebutuhan dan sasaran baru Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terdapat temuan di lapangan bahwa minimnya pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan masjid, terbatasnya sumber data keuangan yang terhimpun, minimnya sarana prasarana yang mendukung, tidak adanya tenaga ahli yang berkompeten. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut prioritas penyelesaian yang utama adalah melalui workshop, pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi akuntansi masjid bagi takmir masjid. Materi pelatihan mencakup siklus akuntansi mulai dari tahap identifikasi akun, penyusunan jurnal, penyusunan buku besar, penyusunan neraca saldo, penyusunan neraca lajur dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil pendampingan menghasilkan dua hal yaitu entitas masjid telah dapat mengidentifikasi aset masjid yang selama ini banyak yang belum teridentifikasi dan terinventarisir. Yang kedua entitas masjid dapat menghasilkan laporan keungan entitas nirlaba berdasarkan PSAK 45 meliputi laporan posisi keuangan, laporan aktivitas, dan laporan arus kas yang dapat diakses oleh stakeholder. Namun demikian masih terdapat beberapa hambatan antara lain sebagian SDM dengan usia non produktif yang lebih gagap teknologi, terbatasnya data keuangan dan aset yang tersedia, sebagian besar masjid hanya memiliki pencatatan uang masuk dan keluar dengan sistem single entry dan minimnya sarana operasaional pendukung (seperti komputer, printer) yang dimiliki masjid.
