Abstract

The challenge of challenging existing norms and laws to correct social injustice and promote equality is a complex and multidisciplinary topic. In this context, it is important to consider the intersection of accountability, law, citizenship and indigenous rights. This research focuses on a systematic literature review to explore how identity perspectives, such as ethnicity, gender, and social class, influence perceptions of norms and laws, and their contribution to social injustice. Through this approach, researchers aim to present a more comprehensive understanding of the complexity of the relationship between social identity and social injustice, as well as providing a solid foundation for further development. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to our understanding of the factors that influence social injustice, as well as enrich insight into the efforts that can be taken to achieve more inclusive and sustainable social justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat dalam penanggulangan bencana alam dan rehabilitasi pasca bencana di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dan resiliensi masyarakat terhadap ancaman bencana. Metode kegiatan mencakup analisis situasi lapangan, sosialisasi pengetahuan, dan evaluasi melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, efektivitas program rehabilitasi, dan kerjasama antara pihak dalam menghadapi bencana alam.

Abstract

The concept of diversity and inclusion in the humanities field has an important role in promoting equality, social justice, and respect for constitutional values. In the Indonesian context, implementing the values ​​of the 1945 constitution is the main focus in developing an inclusive society. This research aims to investigate the influence of diversity and inclusion in the humanities field on the implementation of the values ​​of the 1945 constitution in Indonesia. The research method used is a systematic literature review by collecting articles from reputable international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. The results of the discussion show that the concepts of diversity and inclusion play a crucial role in creating an inclusive social environment based on constitutional values. The implication of this research is the importance of developing strategies and policies that encourage inclusion and reduce social disparities in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Dengan keberadaan hukum adat yang telah mengatur berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan spiritual selama berabad-abad, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mempertahankan relevansi dan efektivitasnya di era digital dan global saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menunjukan bahwa Kolaborasi antara pemangku adat, pemerintah, dan akademisi merupakan elemen kunci dalam pengembangan dan pelestarian hukum adat di era digital dan global. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menghimpun data secara sistematis, faktual, dan cepat sesuai dengan gambaran saat dilakukan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Di tengah dinamika sosial yang semakin kompleks dan tantangan global yang semakin berat, kerjasama yang sinergis antara ketiga pihak ini menjadi semakin penting.
