Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kekuatan keputusan finansial perempuan dan kepemilikan aset dalam mengurangi kemiskinan rumah tangga berbasis gender. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi temuan-temuan dari berbagai literatur ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dari database Scopus dan Dimensions. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel yang membahas secara eksplisit hubungan antara pengambilan keputusan keuangan perempuan, kepemilikan aset, dan kemiskinan rumah tangga dalam perspektif gender. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan finansial dan akses terhadap aset tidak hanya meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan kemiskinan yang lebih berkeadilan gender. Namun, dampak ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh norma sosial, literasi keuangan, dan hambatan struktural. Visualisasi data menggunakan VOSviewer memperkuat temuan mengenai keterkaitan antar variabel kunci. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan redistribusi aset yang responsif gender dan mendukung keadilan finansial dalam rumah tangga. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan secara lintas-kultural dan longitudinal untuk mendalami dinamika ini dalam konteks sosial-ekonomi yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze locally based tourism governance practices and identify challenges in developing sustainable tourism destinations in North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The study uses a qualitative case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with local government officials, tourism village managers, and local institutions, supported by documentary studies. Data analysis used thematic analysis to identify governance patterns, institutional dynamics, and factors influencing destination development. The results show that locally based tourism governance develops through the strengthening of community institutions, such as tourism awareness groups and village-owned enterprises, with the government acting as a facilitator and capacity builder for the community. However, governance implementation still faces various challenges, including policy fragmentation, weak coordination among institutions, limited local institutional capacity, limited fiscal support, dependence on external tourist flows, and disparities in destination development. The findings confirm that the success of sustainable destination development depends heavily on institutional capacity-building, policy integration, and stakeholder collaboration. This study contributes to the development of locally based tourism governance research and provides policy implications for more participatory and sustainable regional tourism management.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of constitutional instruments on human rights and minority politics in ensuring equity and producing inclusive democratic outcomes. Using a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study reviews publications from 2016 to 2025 obtained from the Dimensions and Scopus databases. Literature was selected based on criteria of academic quality, substantive relevance, and availability of full-text articles. The findings indicate that while constitutions provide a normative foundation for minority protection, their effectiveness is largely determined by the design of public policies and by institutions' capacity to eliminate structural barriers. The research findings confirm that the deficit in minority political rights is not only caused by discriminatory regulations but also by an exclusive concept of citizenship and institutional practices that perpetuate social hierarchies. Furthermore, the gap between anti-discrimination legal frameworks and the implementation of public services highlights the weakness of state mechanisms in ensuring equal access for vulnerable groups.
