<![CDATA[Abstract: This research aims to analyze the application of ta'awun principles, the obstacles faced by the Gandu Village Government and UMKM actors as well as the effectiveness of implementing ta'awun principles in the Gandu Developing UMKM Program (UGB) in the Gandu Village Field, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a type of research (Field research), namely researchers search for and collect data directly at the location where the phenomenon occurs. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that: 1) The application of ta'awun principles in the Gandu Developing UMKM Program in the fields of Gandu Village, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency is in the form of providing stalls, free electricity and water. 2) There are three obstacles experienced by the Gandu Village Government, namely providing understanding to the community regarding the use of fields used as buying and selling locations and explaining the operational mechanisms of the UGB program, there is still very little interest in registering for the program and buyers are still hesitant. The obstacles faced by UMKM are that some UMKM do not dare to take merchandise from suppliers, financial management is still messy and they do not have the right marketing strategy. 3) the application of the ta'awun principle in the UGB program cannot be declared effective, because it does not meet the standards for measuring effectiveness. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip ta’awun, kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa Gandu dan pelaku UMKM serta efektivitas penerapan prinsip ta’awun dalam Program UMKM Gandu Berkembang (UGB) di Lapangan Desa Gandu Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian (Field research) yaitu peneliti mencari dan mengumpulkan data secara langsung pada lokasi terjadinya fenomena. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Penerapan prinsip ta’awun dalam Program UMKM Gandu Berkembang di lapangan Desa Gandu Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo ini dalam bentuk pemberian lapak, aliran listrik dan air gratis. 2) Terdapat tiga kendala yang dialami oleh Pemerintah Desa Gandu yaitu memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan lapangan yang dijadikan lokasi jual beli dan menjelaskan mekanisme operasional program UGB, minat yang mendaftar program masih sangat sedikit dan minat pembeli yang masih ragu-ragu. Kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah sebagian UMKM belum berani mengambil dagangan dari pemasok, manajemen keuangan yang masih berantakan dan belum mempunyai strategi pemasaran yang tepat. 3) penerapan prinsip ta’awun dalam program UGB belum dapat dinyatakan efektif, karena belum memenuhi standar pengukuran efektivitas.]]>
