Abstract

The existence of cryptocurrencies that have emerged and developed since the last decade is still a debate, both in terms of function, regulation and compliance with Islamic economic principles. Different countries give different attitudes towards cryptocurrencies. Some countries accept its existence, while some other countries reject it. This is inseparable from the question that arises whether cryptocurrencies function as money or commodities. In addition, the absence of an official institution that is responsible for and regulates the circulation of cryptocurrencies and no underlying assets is also another problem. This article aims to see how cryptocurrencies are positioned based on their nature, characteristics and functions using an Islamic finance point of view. The results of the study indicate that cryptocurrencies currently carry out more functions as a store of value that are not in accordance with the Islamic financial system. In addition, the use of cryptocurrencies as money and means of payment carries a fairly large risk. This violates the principle of property protection in the maqasid al-shari'ah view.

Abstract

The use of headscarves is not only religious identity but also functions as a statement of the value or social status of a person who has two sides, first, ascribed, second, and can be achieved. The focus of this article is to find out how the description of social identity for veiled women in Ponorogo and its consequences. The results of data analysis using symbolic interactionalism theory show some of the first findings, the pattern of life of religiosity (religiosity) of veiled women and veiled Shar' i tends to lead to religious exclusivism. While medium veiled women tend to lead to pluralist religious inclusive typologies. Second, for veiled and veiled Shar' i women, headscarves are social identities whose dimensions are shaped by "the trust" religious norms and values that must be adhered to and carried out in their community. While for medium veiled women, headscarves are social identities based on religious norms without having to deny the truth of religious teachings held by other groups in the context of social relations and community relations.

Abstract

This study will discuss the effect of financial performance on stock returns of mining companies that go public on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the year of the study was from 2013 to 2015. In this study, 3 independent variables with 2 control variables and one dependent variable were used. The data analysis used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. While the hypothesis testing used in this study using the Feasibility Test Model (F) and Hypothesis Testing (t). The results showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) had a positive effect on stock returns. While the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on stock returns in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstrak Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap return saham perusahaan pertambangan go public di bursa efek indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan tahun penelitian nya adalah pada 2013 sampai tahun 2015. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel independen dengan 2 variabel kontrol dan satu variabel dependen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Sedangkan Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Kelayakan Model (F) dan Uji Hipotesis (t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Book Value (PBV) pengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: UMKM is the most strategic sector of the national economy and concerns the lives of many people so that they become the backbone of the national economy. Such is the case with UMKM in Kajang Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency, which makes UMKM an effort to improve welfare. Research Methods: The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method which is a problem-solving procedure by describing circumstances based on facts that appear as they are. Results: The existence of UMKM can provide benefits to the community supported by an increase in the number of UMKM in Kajang Village and can improve the quality of human resources which are expected to have many new innovations able to meet the four benchmarks of community welfare and also the three levels of sharia maqasid. The obstacles faced come from internal factors and external factors. Conclusion: UMKM in Kajang Village has a very important role in the community which is able to open new job opportunities. The people of Kajang Village have met all four indicators, namely income, residential housing, education, and health. In the analysis of maqāṣid syarī'ah, the people of Kajang Village have fulfilled three levels, namely dharuiriyyah, hajiyyah, and tahsiniyyah.

Abstract

Jamu merupakan obat herbal tradisional yang mengandung bahan-bahan alami dan memiliki beranekaragam khasiat untuk menyembuhkan berbagai macam penyakit serta warisan budaya asli Indonesia yang berkembang di masyarakat secara turun-temurun dan bisa digunakan untuk keperluan kesehatan. Setelah terjun di lokasi pengabdian penulis menemukan sebuah aset yang berpotensi untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan. Setelah dilakukan wawancara dan observasi ternyata pelaku home industry belum pernah memasarkan produknya melalui media digital, sejauh ini teknik pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya di sekitar Kelurahan Kadipaten melalui berjualan keliling bersepeda dan belum adanya inovasi menciptakan produk lain dari olahan minuman jamu. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yakni memberikan program terobosan baru dengan melakukan pendampingan digital marketing dan pembuatan inovasi produk Es Krim Parem Jamu (ESEMMU) pada pelaku usaha, harapan untuk ke depannya dapat menambah keahlian dalam memasarkan produk dan menambah jenis produk pada home industri jamu tradisional milik Ibu Siti Aminah yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Kadipaten. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian yakni pendekatan Asset Based Community - Driven Development (ABCD). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa home industry telah memiliki akun di media digital untuk memasarkan produknya, tercetusnya produk Es Krim Parem Jamu (ESEMMU) yang siap dikembangkan dan meningkatnya skill dalam inovasi produk. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan; Digital Marketing; Inovasi Produk; Home Industry; ABCD Jamu is a traditional herbal medicine containing natural ingredients that have various properties to cure various diseases as well as the original Indonesian cultural heritage that developed in the community for generations that are used for health purposes. After plunging in the location of the service, the author found an asset that has the potential to be empowered. After conducting interviews and observations, it turns out that home industry players have never marketed their products through digital media, so far the marketing techniques carried out are only around the Duchy Village through selling around cycling and there is no innovation in creating other products from processed herbal drinks. The purpose of this service is to provide a new breakthrough program by providing digital marketing assistance and making innovations for ice cream parem jamu (esemmu) products for business actors, hoping that in the future they can add expertise in marketing products and add types of products to Mrs. Siti Aminah traditional herbal home industry is located in the Kadipaten Village. The method used in the service is the Asset Based Community - Driven Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the service show that the home industry already has an account in digital media to market its products, the emergence of the Parem Jamu ice cream product (ESEMMU) which is ready to be developed and increased skills in product innovation.
